La Fra works diligently on planting, caring for, harvesting, and processing the high-quality Lamon beans (a highly regarded PGI product of the region), tending to the bees, and cultivating a large vegetable garden with passion.
In her early thirties, she has a background as a world traveler, which has instilled in her a deep and genuine inclination towards hospitality and a welcoming environment that is both familial and cosmopolitan.
