The B&B ‘Al Fondaco’ is located in Pescantina in the renowned Valpolicella, famous for its DOC wine, and a step away from the romantic city of Verona (10km) and the picturesque Garda Lake (10 km).
Our B&B is a historic court, on the banks of the Adige river, where once they were built the ‘burchi’, large barges destined for a time to the transport of materials on the river. From here comes the name ‘Al Fondaco’, as the warehouse where the boats were made.

The strategic location of B & B Al Fondaco easy access to the hot springs of Aquardens (Pescantina, just 4 km), the amusement park Gardaland (Castelnuovo D / G, 10km), the aquatic park Caneva (Lazise, 10km) as well as the Natura Viva Zoo (Pastrengo, 8km), all within a few minutes by car.
The structure of the building has been recently renovated and it has the energy certification Class A, using sound proofing of the rooms, the thermo heated floor and a perfect thermal insulation, all supported from the electricity produced by photovoltaic panels on the roof which allow the B&B to operate independently and respecting the environment.
