Residence Le Rocche is located in the highest part of the historic center of Ferentillo and borders the walls of the medieval fortresses. Completely protected to the north, it enjoys sun exposure from sunrise to sunset, offering an exceptional microclimate for most of the year: very mild winters and cool, breezy summers.
The three apartments in our residence, which are rented out to tourists, have been converted from old houses built just below one of the two fortresses of Ferentillo. They are finished to a high standard and furnished with care, equipped with appliances, and enjoy a magnificent view of Ferentillo and the splendid panorama offered by the Valnerina.
All apartments have access to a large outdoor area that reaches the walls of the medieval fortresses, where a barbecue fireplace, stoves, a sink, and sitting areas with tables allow guests to enjoy breathtaking views and total relaxation.
The first apartment, Lo Smeraldo, has a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a small porch where you can enjoy a shaded outdoor space, and a large terrace with a splendid view of the Nera Valley.
Next is Ametista, consisting of one bedroom, a large living room with kitchenette, and bathroom with shower.
The apartment has a panoramic terrace of particular beauty, a table with chairs, a large umbrella, and a sitting area overlooking the Nera River and the entire valley, offering truly satisfying views and a unique opportunity to relax.
The latest addition is the Perla house, a beautifully furnished studio apartment that offers unexpected space in its layout. It will surprise you—take a look at the photos.
Finally, the last and largest of the apartments is the Zaffiro. It has a comfortable kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with shower, and a large living room with two double sofa beds on the ground floor.
Climbing the stairs, you will find a cozy living room with a sofa bed, offering a relaxation area. A comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub complete the approximately 80 square meters of this gem of Le Rocche Della Valnerina.
You will also have a panoramic balcony with breathtaking views of the valley, partly covered by a porch with outdoor table and chairs and partly served by a shaded living room overlooking the approximately 6 km of nature below.
