Tenuta Sovestro is composed by a typical tuscan farmhouse and two huts; after a careful and scrupulous renovation, it opened in June 2021 by offering the service of b&b with its rooms with bathroom, on the 2 floors of the main house and in one of the two huts.
Outside the structure, the panoramic terrace and the solarium are the ideal place to relax with the view of the green tuscan hills; it is available a small pool that was created from a drinking trough for calves, where you can enjoy a refreshing bath.
At the reception, which is located in the hut next to the entrance, you can also find the direct sale of the products from the farm, such as Vernaccia, Chianti Colli Senesi and extravirgin olive oil.
Breakfast is served at the Restaurant of the adjoining Hotel Sovestro, 50 mt far away and managed by the same family.
While awaiting for the permits to build a new swimming pool at the Tenuta, the guests can use the 2 pools of the same Hotel Sovestro; pool towels are available free of charge, to be returned upon departure; you also find Ristorante da Pode where it's possible to taste the most typical tuscan food, the gym, shuttle service to/from San Gimignano at set times.
A white road called "Via Vecchia" runs alongside the property; it is a branch of via Francigena that in a walk of about 20 minutes with a beautiful view on the famous towers and the surrounding countryside, leads you to the old town of San Gimignano.
