The "Fornace del Sole" gets its name from the ancient pottery and porcelain furnace from the early 1900s facing the villa. Recently renovated, the villa consists of: 4 rooms with bathrooms, a breakfast room, a common area with TV and fireplace, two comfortable porches, and a large garden to enjoy sunny days. A convenient private parking for cars, motorcycles, or bicycles completes the structure.
The "Fornace del Sole" is located in a strategic position: Lucca can be reached in just a few minutes, the beaches of Versilia in 20 minutes, the Garfagnana mountains in 40 minutes, while Pisa, Florence, or Siena are easily accessible for day trips.
Thanks to its location, the "Fornace del Sole" is the perfect place for a few days of vacation or a peaceful oasis for an overnight stay at the end of a workday.
Our spacious rooms, all located on the first floor, are tastefully furnished and equipped with a 32" LCD TV, heating, air conditioning, and a hairdryer, while Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. A crib is available upon request.
The "Master" room, furnished with antique style furniture, is enriched by a large window with a characteristic arch, the bathroom features both a whirlpool tub and a shower cabin.
The "Grandma's" room, finished with authentic early 1900s furniture, is very bright thanks to its 2 windows overlooking the entire garden.
The other two attic rooms are embellished with exposed wooden beams and rafters and furnished with more modern furniture, their windows offer a view of the Lucca hills.
The breakfast, sweet and savory, consists of local, fresh, and quality products served buffet-style.
Pets are welcome.
