Il Borghetto e la Casina in Florence is situated in a quiet scenic area in the Rifredi neighbourhood, near Santa Marta, Poggetto, in the vicinity of the main hospitals in town: Careggi, CTO, Meyer, Villa Ulivella, Villa dei Glicini, Monna Tessa, Villa delle Rose, and many other Clinics.
In the late 1700s, the building was a farm belonging to Villa Granduchessa, among whose owners were one of Napoleon's brothers and one of the last Tuscany's Grand Dukes. Here past and present blend, offering unique and fascinating experiences.
Around here our guests can find many interesting historical and artistic monuments, as well as tennis courts, gyms and swimming pools, restaurants and cafés, cinemas and theatres. In all rooms there is a folder with practical info and suggestions to enjoy at best this area and the city.

Almost all rooms have a private bathroom, a kettle, a TV and free wi-fi. There are mosquito nets on all windows. All rooms except two have air conditioning.
Some rooms have access to a kitchen (exclusive or communal), and all guests are always welcome in the garden.
You can reserve a parking place for your car in the garden - you'll have to pay for it at check-in, together with the city tax.
