The apartment features two spacious double bedrooms, one of which includes a private balcony. To ensure good sound insulation despite being close to the railway line, the entire apartment is equipped with double-glazed noise-reducing windows.
Guests have access to a well-equipped kitchen, furnished with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home, as well as a bathroom with toilet facilities and a shower enclosure.
Special care is given to comfort throughout the year. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, and all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, which are especially pleasant on warmer days. Additionally, the ultra-fast fiber optic Wi-Fi connection allows for smooth internet use, whether for work or online services.
