It consists of a large entrance hall, a living room with an open kitchen and a comfortable French double sofa bed for the third/fourth guest (it is possible to request the use of the sofa bed - at the time of booking - even for only 2 guests by paying a small supplement). The apartment is equipped with high-speed WIFI, which is offered for free as an amenity; no refund will be due in case of malfunction or lack of connection.

Bathroom with shower, closet-storage with washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Large and bright balcony equipped with a table and chairs, overlooking the greenery.
Centralized heating, set in winter on temperatures and ignition times regulated by current regulations, air conditioning available in the summer period (from June to the end of August).
The apartment is well connected to the SMN station and the historic center by the new tram T1 and bus 20.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit is required to be sent via bank transfer equal to 50% of the cost of the stay.
NB: The Minimum Stay varies depending on the periods, but generally, it is 4-5 nights. For stays longer than 1 week, the property reserves the right to request a refundable damage deposit after departure, subject to verification of the apartment's condition.
The tourist tax of the Municipality of Florence, as per current regulations, is not included in the rate and must be paid separately at check-in (the manager will then proceed to pay it to the relevant offices).
