The first Bed and Breakfast of this quiet town was born in 2012.
We are located 10 minutes from Messina and 10 minutes from Milazzo, right on the Tyrrhenian coast, in the center between the two important cities, without any tourist tax, and a stone's throw from the sea with a splendid sunset on the Aeolian Islands on the horizon every evening.
We always offer our guests maximum comfort, privacy, elegance and tranquility.
Although only 30 meters from the sea we are far from the main road, we are not in a condominium and we do not live in the B&B with you, so your privacy, peace and tranquility will always be guaranteed.
Our DELUXE rooms are all equipped with an en suite bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fridge in the room and 43-inch SMART TV.
For singles we will always offer a double room for single use (with inseparable double bed base and mattress) at the same price as a single obviously, and all our rooms are with an en suite bathroom, ALWAYS.
For double rooms with separate beds, a notice of at least 48 hours before your check-in is required and you stay for more than 1 night, otherwise we will not guarantee the separation of the beds or, if possible, we will offer you a triple room for double use, consisting of a double bed plus a single bed, obviously if available, and at the same price as the double.
Breakfast at home with single-serving croissants, muffins, tarts, yogurt, juices (all multi-flavored), milk, tea, herbal teas of all kinds, biscuits, jams, various drinks and a coffee machine and much more, is always free and available to everyone 24 hours a day in the kitchen shared with all guests.
For summer stays over 3 nights, we will offer you at least one free breakfast per person at our partner bar, on the seafront, without time limits, with the possibility of also enjoying our delicious granitas with brioche and cream.
Our location is ideal for excursions to the surrounding areas of naturalistic-cultural interest such as Milazzo, the Aeolian Islands, the San Rizzo Hills, Dinnamare, Messina and Taormina.
You will have the opportunity to discover one of the most enchanting areas of splendid Sicily.
Summer News: from this year, in addition to offering free beach umbrellas to all our customers, as we have always done so far, we will also offer beach towels, charging only for the final washing.
Always open, all year round and at any time, we receive only by appointment, therefore booking with a telephone notice before coming to the office is always appreciated, even for a simple view of our rooms, or to give you a quote, in order to avoid not being able to view all our rooms if they are occupied or if we are not present on site or are not presentable in any case.
In case of no answer to the phone, write to us immediately on WhatsApp always at our number and we will answer you as soon as possible. Do not leave messages on the answering machine as we do not use it or on our other pages and social media.
Maximum discretion and confidentiality with our customers, who are left free to enter and exit our facility with the keys, it is only for this reason that we kindly ask you to regularize everything at check-in, also leaving them free to check-out in maximum autonomy, if necessary and upon explicit request.
Therefore it is also possible to do DAY USE taking advantage of our advantageous rates.
Free transfer for all our customers from the train station of our town, or from the strictly neighboring towns if necessary, or from the A. T. M. bus stop in Ponte Gallo, to our office A/R obviously (at any time, and if with the right notice/reservation). Possibility of also carrying out other types of transfers to Messina, Milazzo, main airports...etc...etc...if with due notice and for a fee.
Free internal parking ONLY for those who make TRADITIONAL TELEPHONE reservations and if they book in advance, thus bypassing all the O. T. A. such as Booking & Company.
Possibility of hosting small pets ONLY upon specific request and ONLY in certain rooms, if available, paying an extra from 10 to 20 euros per day based on the weight of your pets and for a minimum of 2 nights.
We will direct you to any transfers/daily excursions to the Aeolian Islands, Etnaland (the very famous Sicilian water park), Shopping Centers in the area and beyond, Outlet Village of Agira, to the best restaurants/pizzerias in the area, also with home deliveries and Take Away, Museums, Our Beautiful CASTLE of Bauso, etc, and, if possible, accompanying you for free and directly to the A/R office if we have the possibility.
Ditto for subsidized eco-bike rentals (electric bicycles) / Mountain Bike / car rentals at very advantageous prices. We will advise and help you with everything. Just ask.
