The "Parco Dubini" Bed and Breakfast, formerly known as "B&B Sant'Elia", is a high-end B&B located in a large villa where the owners live and manage. It is strategically located just 500 meters away from the Sant'Elia Hospital in Caltanissetta and 250 meters from Cefpas (a center for professional training and the location of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery) in the urban area of Caltanissetta on Viale Luigi Monaco 56/62 (served by urban buses connecting it to the intercity bus station and the train station), but is situated within the "green lung" of Caltanissetta in what used to be the hunting reserve and summer residence of the Testasecca counts, between the Testasecca park and the Dubini park.
A few thousand meters away are the Mineralogical Museum and the Court of Caltanissetta, located on the elegant Viale Della Regione.
Renovated in aesthetics and management in September 2019, the B&B draws on years of experience in managing B&Bs and in providing maximum attention to guests, who can enjoy not only well-furnished rooms with every comfort, but also two English gardens and a Mediterranean garden adorned with olive and citrus trees, where there is also a "play park" corner for children.
A special discount is applied for stays longer than 3 days. An extra discount is also reserved for law enforcement officers, doctors, relatives of patients admitted to the Sant'Elia Hospital in Caltanissetta, and other categories.
