La Maison de Gioel is a holiday home with a small outdoor area equipped with a washing machine, ideal for stays of up to 2 adults.
The accommodation is located in a quiet and convenient area, perfect for enjoying Olbia and discovering the wonders of north-eastern Sardinia.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
La Maison de Gioel has been designed to offer you comfort, privacy and complete independence throughout your stay.
The accommodation includes:
• A double bedroom with TV and air conditioning.
• A bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
• A small, cosy dining area with TV and air conditioning.
• A fully equipped kitchen with utensils and cookware for preparing your own meals.
• Free Wi-Fi.
• Electric capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
• Free washing machine.
• Iron.
The bed will be made before your arrival, so you can settle in comfortably from the very first moment.
COFFEE CAPSULES:
For the first night, you will find a few complimentary coffee capsules, so that you can use the coffee machine immediately and check which type of capsules is compatible with the machine.
As La Maison de Gioel is a holiday home and not a B&B, additional coffee capsules are not provided during the stay and can be purchased independently at one of the many supermarkets in the area.
There are also numerous supermarkets, pizzerias and cafés nearby, easily accessible to meet your everyday needs.
TOILET PAPER AND SHOWER GEL:
For the first night, an initial supply of toilet paper and shower gel will be provided.
During your stay, additional supplies are not included and should be purchased independently by guests according to their needs.

BED LINEN:
Upon arrival, you will find the bed already made with clean bed linen, which should be used for the first seven nights of your stay.
Bed linen is not changed by the host, regardless of the length of the stay, including after seven nights.
For stays longer than seven nights, an additional clean set of bed linen will be available in the wardrobe.
Guests are responsible for removing the used bed linen and making the bed themselves using the new set.
The host does not provide the bed linen change or make the bed during the stay.
TOWELS:
For each guest, one set of towels will be provided, consisting of:
• one face towel;
• one bath towel;
• one small hand towel.
For stays longer than three nights, after the third night you may open the designated wardrobe and take a new clean set of towels for each guest.
After this second set, no further automatic towel changes are provided.
For the remainder of your stay, you may use the washing machine available in the accommodation free of charge and wash the towels and other laundry yourself whenever necessary.
A clothes-drying rack is also available for drying laundry after washing.
The host does not provide towel changes or arrange the towels during the stay.
NO SMOKING:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
Smoking is permitted exclusively in the outdoor area.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
• Check-in: from 3: 00 PM, via key box.
• Check-out: by 10: 00 AM.
Before your arrival, you will receive all the necessary instructions to access the accommodation easily and independently.
If the accommodation is ready before 3: 00 PM, we will be happy to inform you promptly.
LOCATION:
La Maison de Gioel is located in a quiet, semi-central area of Olbia, ideal for guests who wish to stay in a peaceful environment while still enjoying convenient access to the city.
Nearby you will find numerous supermarkets, pizzerias, cafés, shops and local services.
The historic centre can be reached within a few minutes on foot, while the city’s main points of interest are easily accessible.
• Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport: approximately 5 minutes by car.
• Isola Bianca Port: approximately 5 minutes by car.
• Railway station: approximately 15 minutes on foot.
• Historic centre: a few minutes on foot.
The location is also convenient for exploring the Costa Smeralda, San Teodoro, Budoni and some of the area’s most beautiful beaches by car, including Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu and La Cinta.
PARKING:
We do not have a private parking area, but our guests can always easily find parking on the quiet public street directly in front of the entrance gate, at Via Malta 18, Olbia.
ACCESSIBILITY:
There are no internal stairs, as the accommodation is entirely located on the ground floor.
However, there are two small steps in the outdoor area, directly in front of the entrance gate.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND HOUSE RULES:
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to respect the house rules:
• The accommodation can host a maximum of 2 people.
• Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay at the property.
• Every guest must have a valid reservation and must provide a valid identity document at check-in, as required by current regulations.
• It is strictly forbidden to accommodate unauthorised or unregistered persons in the property, even temporarily.
• Children of any age are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• When making a reservation, guests are required to provide a valid telephone number, which is essential for sending the information necessary to collect the keys.
• Quiet hours must be respected from 9: 00 PM to 7: 00 AM.
• Guests are responsible for managing the bed linen and towels themselves throughout their stay.
• Bed linen is not changed by the host, even for stays longer than seven nights.
• Guests are responsible for making the bed themselves using the additional set of bed linen available in the wardrobe, if applicable.
• Guests are also responsible for changing their own towels.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation; smoking is permitted exclusively in the outdoor area.
SAFETY AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE:
For your greater peace of mind, the accommodation is equipped with:
• Fire extinguisher.
• Smoke and gas detectors.
• Video surveillance in the outdoor areas.
Video surveillance is installed exclusively in the outdoor areas of the property and does not cover any indoor areas of the accommodation.
CITY TAX FOR NON-RESIDENTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF OLBIA:
• €3. 50 per person, per night, payable locally in cash.
The city tax is established by the Municipality of Olbia and is paid in full to the municipal administration.
