LA MAISON DE FAMILLE – OLBIA
La Maison de Famille is a holiday home with a small outdoor area equipped with a washing machine, ideal for stays of up to 2 adults.
The accommodation is located in a quiet and convenient area, perfect for enjoying Olbia and discovering the wonders of north-eastern Sardinia.

THE ACCOMMODATION
La Maison de Famille is designed to offer you comfort, privacy and complete independence throughout your stay.
The following facilities are available for your use:
* A double bedroom with air conditioning.
* A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
* A small, cosy dining area with a TV and air conditioning.
* A fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils, allowing you to prepare your own meals.
* Free Wi-Fi.
* An electric capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
* Free use of the washing machine.
* An iron.
The bed will be made up before your arrival, so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.
COFFEE CAPSULES
A few coffee capsules are provided for your first night, allowing you to use the coffee machine straight away and check which type of capsules is compatible with it.
As this is a holiday home rather than a B&B, additional coffee capsules are not included during your stay and can be purchased independently at one of the many supermarkets in the area.
There are also several supermarkets, pizzerias and cafés nearby, all easily accessible to meet your everyday needs.
TOILET PAPER AND SHOWER GEL
An initial supply of toilet paper and shower gel is provided for your first night.
During your stay, additional supplies are not included and must be purchased independently by guests according to their needs.
Several supermarkets and shops are conveniently located nearby.
BED LINEN
On arrival, you will find the bed made up with clean bed linen, which should be used for the first seven nights of your stay.
The host does not provide a bed linen change, regardless of the length of your stay, including after seven nights.
For stays longer than seven nights, an additional clean set of bed linen will be available in the wardrobe.
Guests are responsible for removing the used bed linen and making the bed themselves with the clean set.
The host does not personally change the bed linen or make up the bed during the stay.
TOWELS
Each guest will be provided with one set of towels consisting of:
* One face towel.
* One bath towel.
* One small hand towel.
For stays longer than three nights, after the third night you may open the designated wardrobe and take one additional clean set of towels for each guest.
No further automatic towel changes are provided after this second set.
For the remainder of your stay, you are welcome to use the washing machine provided in the accommodation free of charge and wash your own linen and towels as needed.
A clothes drying rack is also available for drying your laundry after washing.
The host does not personally change or replace the towels during your stay.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
Smoking is permitted exclusively in the outdoor area.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
* Check-in: from 3: 00 PM, using the key box.
* Check-out: by 10: 00 AM.
Before your arrival, you will receive all the instructions you need to access the accommodation easily and independently.
Should the accommodation be ready before 3: 00 PM, we will be happy to let you know as soon as possible.
LOCATION
La Maison de Famille is located in a quiet, semi-central area of Olbia, ideal for guests who wish to enjoy a relaxing stay without giving up convenience.
Nearby, you will find several supermarkets, pizzerias, cafés, shops and local services.
The historic city centre is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the city’s main attractions are easily accessible.
* Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport: approximately 5 minutes by car.
* Isola Bianca Port: approximately 5 minutes by car.
* Train station: approximately 15 minutes on foot.
* Historic city centre: a few minutes’ walk.
The location is also convenient for exploring the Costa Smeralda, San Teodoro, Budoni and some of the area’s most beautiful beaches by car, including Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu and La Cinta.
PARKING
We do not have private parking. However, our guests can usually find a parking space easily on the quiet public street directly in front of the gate, at Via Val D’Aosta 24, Olbia.
ACCESSIBILITY
There are no internal stairs, as the accommodation is entirely on the ground floor. However, there is one small step directly in front of the entrance door.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND HOUSE RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and respect for the house rules, please note the following:
* The accommodation can host a maximum of 2 people.
* Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
* Every guest must have a valid reservation and provide a valid identity document at check-in, as required by current regulations.
* Hosting unauthorised or unregistered persons in the accommodation is strictly prohibited, even temporarily.
* Children of any age are not permitted.
* Pets are not allowed.
* A valid telephone number must be provided at the time of booking, as it is essential for sending you the information required to collect the keys.
* Quiet hours must be observed from 9: 00 PM to 7: 00 AM.
* Guests are responsible for managing their own linen throughout the entire stay.
* The host does not change the bed linen, including for stays longer than seven nights.
* Guests must make the bed themselves using the additional set of bed linen, if provided in the wardrobe.
* Guests are also responsible for changing their own towels.
* Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation and is permitted exclusively in the outdoor area.
SAFETY AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with:
* A fire extinguisher.
* Smoke and gas detectors.
* Video surveillance covering the outdoor areas.
Video surveillance is installed exclusively in the outdoor areas of the property and does not cover any indoor areas of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX FOR GUESTS WHO ARE NOT RESIDENTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF OLBIA
* €3. 50 per person, per night, payable in cash at the property.
This is a municipal tax collected on behalf of the local authority and is not income or profit for us.
