‘Actinia Affittacamere’, offers guests a bed and breakfast service by means of an agreement reached with a local bar/cake shop. Our guests are provided with special pre-paid tickets to be ‘spent’ here as and when you prefer.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
-Prices include breakfast services, laundry and taxes
-The change of lines (sheets and towels) takes place on the fourth day
-Children under the age of 2 can stay free of charge, (bed with parents)
-Rooms shall be made available at 15. 00
-Luggage may be left at the reception as from 10. 00
-You must vacate the room by 10. 00 the morning of departure.
-If you cancel up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
-If cancel later, or simply fail to turn up, we will retain the advance booking fee paid
-No animals allowed
-The balance of the full amount payable on the day of arrival, in cash or credit card
-A deposit of 20% of the total cost will be required to finalise booking
