Welcome to Villa Irma — a peaceful garden retreat in the heart of Baveno.
Villa Irma is a spacious three-floor home surrounded by greenery, set in a quiet and relaxing area just a short walk from the lake and the charming town center. It offers the ideal balance between comfort, privacy, and convenience: close to everything, yet calm enough to truly unwind.
Guests can enjoy two comfortable double bedrooms on the first floor. The Duchessa Room is furnished with a high-quality stabilized waterbed. This is not a free-flow waterbed; it is carefully layered for excellent support and gentle comfort, designed to offer a restful and relaxing night’s sleep. The Contessa Room is furnished with a comfortable traditional bed.
Each bedroom has it's own bathroom exclusively for their own use. Bedroom Duchessa has the bathroom infront of the bedroom, complete with a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and washbasin. The bedroom Contessa has it's bathroom on the ground floor with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
The house stays naturally fresh in the summer months because of the thick walls build with thick stones. So it is peaceful and fresh. Thanks to its quiet location with no traffic noise, guests can sleep comfortably with the windows open and wake up to fresh air and birdsong.
Optional Breakfast
Breakfast is available on request for €8 per person. It is prepared by Madelaine, the owner of the villa, and may include homemade cakes, biscuits, toast, butter, cereal, Italian coffee, tea, seasonal fruit, and homemade jams made with fruit from the garden whenever available.
Outside, Villa Irma offers several welcoming spaces to enjoy slow mornings and relaxed afternoons: a shaded terrace overlooking the garden, perfect for breakfast, coffee, or afternoon tea; a cozy gazebo where you can read, unwind, or enjoy a glass of wine; sunbeds and an umbrella for relaxing in the sun; and a large, well-kept garden filled with flowers, greenery, birdsong, and fresh air.
At the bottom of the garden, guests have access to two garages with electronic doors. The property also has a main electronic gate and a side entrance with key access, offering both comfort and security during your stay.
