Casa Marvita is few hundred meters far from “Madonna della Riva” Sanctuary and from the city museums (Civic Museum, San Francesco and Diocesan Museum), the Toselli Theatre, the Civic Tower, Contrada Mondovì and the suggestive shopping arcades of the city center; Piazza Galimberti and via Roma, the pedestrian heart of the historical downtown with its recently facelifted elegant palaces facades, where the typical street market takes place every Tuesday.

A step away from the city and, at the same time, in a natural environment: a unique place for walking, cycling, running, with its direct access to the trails of the River Park, and -why not- to enjoy a “picnic breakfast” on the Stura river side! During a walk, or just watching outside your bedroom window, you can easily sight roe-deers and herons.
At Casa Marvita you will overnight in comfortable and modern rooms: each of them has independent entrance, and is equipped with private bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, wooden roof with visible beams, and offer free Wi-Fi connection.
