The Welchome Bed & Breakfast is located in Porto Sant'Elpidio, in a strategic position just a few meters from the sea, 2 km from the A14 motorway exit and a few kilometers from the train stations of Porto Sant'Elpidio, Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche.
The house has recently been completely renovated and is equipped with every comfort. We welcome our guests in environments characterized by elegant and refined contemporary design furnishings.
We offer our customers 3 rooms (private bathrooms) and in one of these we provide the possibility to use a cozy kitchen equipped with all accessories.
This makes the Welchome Bed & Breakfast a comfortable and refined environment, an ideal place to spend a weekend by the sea, a vacation, a business trip or a relaxing weekend.

- Overnight stay;

- Daily cleaning and tidying up (provided that the customer vacates the room by 12:00, otherwise we will take care of it the next day);
- Change of sheets and towels every 3 nights or upon request with a supplement (extra charge of €10 for sheets and €5 for towels for each change);
- Bed linen and towels are always replaced when a new guest arrives;
