Just a few kilometers from the picturesque town of Cingoli, known as the “balcony of the Marche” for its breathtaking views stretching from the Apennines to the Adriatic Sea, this peaceful spot was chosen by Ruud and Saskia, a Dutch couple who realized their Italian dream in June 2023.
The property is situated in one of Italy's most beautiful villages, where the atmosphere remains genuine and far removed from the usual tourist paths. Here, hospitality blends seamlessly with the stunning landscape: vineyards, sunflower fields, and cultivated hills guide visitors on a journey through nature and tradition. Days are filled with visits to walled towns, strolls along the shores of Cingoli Lake, or adventures among the sandy beaches and cliffs of Monte Conero.
At the heart of this region, every festival is a chance to celebrate the bounty of the land and the joy of living at a simple pace, in tune with the seasons and savoring local products. This spirit is what inspired the name of the B&B: here, one truly experiences “La Vera Vita. ”
