The Fontebella guesthouse is located in an ancient farmhouse surrounded by the lush greenery of the Marche hills, recently renovated while preserving its original features.
The property is just a short walk from the center of Montemarciano, a small village located 3 km from the sea, 13 km from Senigallia, a city renowned for its Velvet Beach, and only 20 minutes from the Conero Riviera. This location allows for a relaxing seaside holiday combined with excursions to artistic cities, old wineries for tastings of fine wines, medieval villages, and pleasant walks along the area's nature trails, accessible on foot or with bicycles available free of charge for all our guests.
The house is encompassed by a 4,000-square-meter fenced garden, bordering fields of wheat and sunflowers, from which one can enjoy the stunning views of the Marche hills, with a panorama stretching from the sea to the peaks of the Sibillini Mountains.
Our establishment offers 5 independent rooms, simply and functionally furnished with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, television, a double bed, and, depending on your needs, there is the option to add a single bed, with some featuring a panoramic balcony.
Guests can also enjoy free sun loungers, deck chairs, and a barbecue, along with tables and chairs to fully utilize the spacious garden. Our goal is to provide you with a relaxing holiday in a simple and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, there are apartments available that accommodate 2 to 4 guests.
