The Podere Porcino, with certified sanitization, is a farmhouse surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and woods overlooking the rolling hills leading to the village of Civitella d'Agliano, in the province of Viterbo, situated between Orvieto and Lake Bolsena where the regions of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio converge.


The Owners:

The owners are Maria Malleier, from Alto Adige, movement therapist and teacher of psychomotion, and Gianni Abbate, Neapolitan, author, actor and director.


Accomodations:

There are two separate apartments each consisting of 2 rooms, an open kitchen corner and a bathroom. Also a Loft STUDIO for 2 person

The surroundings:
Within 50 kilometres from the Podere Porcino the visitor will find natural protected wildlife parks, artistic sites, archaelogical sites, medieval cities, thermal springs as well as the shores of Lake Bolsena for swimming or boating.
Rome can be reached in less than an hour by train. The famed Maremma region of Tuscany and the Tyrrhenian Sea are within a little over an hour's drive.
Bicycles can be rented.
We are surrounded by wine producers where excellent wines can be tasted with unerring d. o. c. guarantee.

A quite unusual feature!

There is a small theatre of about 90 square metres where we have an ongoing program of artistic events as well as courses, seminars, workshops and musical soirèes.
