Our establishment is located on the third floor of an elegant building on Via Cola di Rienzo, in the heart of the Prati district, just a few steps away from St. Peter's Basilica and the main cultural sites of Rome. It is easily accessible by public transport, with Lepanto and Ottaviano metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, as well as the shuttle bus stop that connects the area to Fiumicino airport.
The structure was completely renovated at the beginning of 2019 and offers 5 finely furnished rooms, each with a private bathroom. Each room comes with high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee machine. For breakfast, we have great deals with the historic Franchi bar that will delight you with sweet and savory options.
