Located 2 km south of the town center, the property is nestled in greenery—amidst vineyards and olive groves—atop a hill. The estate comprises a main villa, guest annexes, and a park with a paved courtyard.
The rooms feature heating, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a private entrance. A third bed can be added upon request.
As this is a "tourist accommodation" (self-catering) property, the following are not included:
- breakfast service (the annex has a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals);
- linen service (however, guests will find towels and beds already made with sheets, pillowcases, and blankets upon arrival; the linens will not be changed during the stay).
Cleaning is performed only at the end of the stay.
