Pozzo di Mezzo B&B is a charming residence created through the restoration of an old Emilian farmhouse, where antique roof tiles, original stonework, and fine handcrafted details reflect the history of the region and create a warm, authentic, and welcoming atmosphere.

Located within the city of Bologna, just 4 km from the historic centre, the B&B offers the privilege of staying in a peaceful, green setting without giving up the convenience of local amenities and excellent public transport connections.
Just a 5-minute walk from Via Toscana, guests will find restaurants, cafés, shops, and bus stops with frequent services reaching the most charming areas of Bologna’s historic centre in just 10–15 minutes.
Here, you can experience Bologna’s vibrant cultural and culinary scene before returning at the end of the day to a private and relaxing retreat.

It is possible, based on our availability, to request a late check out which allows you to leave the room from 10. 00 to 18. 00 on the day of departure. If there is availability, the amount due for late check out corresponds to 50% of the price of the daily stay.

Payment can be made in cash, by debit card or by VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.

Free private parking
Guests can enjoy a large free private parking area located within the property and reserved exclusively for the B & B.
Access is guaranteed by a gate operated via a personal code provided at check-in, allowing entry and exit at any time, both by car and on foot, with complete freedom and independence.
To ensure the safety of our Guests and the property, the B & B is equipped with an alarm system and video surveillance, installed in full compliance with current privacy and security regulations.
An additional advantage is the strategic location of the property: although it is within the city of Bologna, the B & B is outside the historic centre’s Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Parking on the streets outside the city centre is often difficult to find and subject to hourly fees.
Guests can therefore leave their car safely in the private parking area without concerns about fines, permits, or parking difficulties, and easily reach the city centre by public transport, enjoying Bologna with complete peace of mind.

Pets friendly:
We only accept well-socialised dogs that are not aggressive towards other dogs or cats.
Your four-legged friends are welcome guests; daily surcharge € 15, 00.
5, 00 € will be donated to the Elisabetta Franchi Onlus Foundation, which has always been active in defending Animal rights.
Food and water bowls will be provided.
In respect for other Guests, my cats and my friendly dachshund dog, they may relax in the garden but must be kept on a leash.
If conditions allow, they may be let off the leash.
Any dog waste left in the B&B garden, as in public areas, must be collected and placed in the designated outdoor bin;
we will ensure it is disposed of correctly.
If you have forgotten anything for your furry friends, you can find what you need at ‘Isola dei tesori’, 450 metres from the B&B.
There is a dog walking area 200 metres away.
Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the room.

At your disposal a carport for motorbikes and a wooden shed for bicycles equipped with an alarm system.
