La Casa di Bibi is located in front of the Sant'Orsola Hospital at the Viali entrance, it borders the Nigrisoli Hospital, and is 450 m from Villa Torri Hospital; it is close to the university area and the city center. It has 2 recently renovated studios, on the ground floor of a condominium, there are 2 steps inside the studios, the furniture is new, each is equipped with a 160x195 double sofa bed, bathroom without window, kitchen equipped with induction hob and microwave oven.
To improve the comfort of the sofa bed I added a 5 cm Memory Foam mattress.
We will arrange a check-in time between 4: 00 PM and 8: 00 PM. If your travel plans involve arriving after 8: 00 PM, please check with me to see if it is possible, as self check-in is not available.
-The Municipality of Bologna requires a Tourist Tax.
- If you are arriving by car, there are two paid parking garages located about a 15-minute walk away; I can provide links so you can check their locations and distance from my address.
- The heating system is centralized and operates according to the schedule set by the Municipality of Bologna, maintaining an ambient temperature of 19°–21°C.
