The guesthouse "Da Alfredo" is located in San Potito, a peaceful hamlet on the outskirts of Lugo. It enjoys a convenient location that allows guests to reach the town center within a few minutes and offers good connections to the main destinations in the area. The accommodation is entirely on the ground floor and features free parking right in front of the entrance, making it especially convenient for those traveling by car.
The space, approximately 80 square meters and reserved exclusively for guests, consists of two interconnected rooms and can accommodate up to five people, thanks to two double beds and one single bed. This makes it ideal for families, small groups of friends, or anyone looking to stay in spacious and independent quarters. Upon request, an additional bed can be provided for a child up to six years old. The bathroom is private and located within the accommodation.
The rooms are air-conditioned and heated, equipped with Wi-Fi, Smart TV, wardrobes, dressers, blackout curtains, bed linens, towels, a hairdryer, extra pillows, and blankets. To enhance the comfort of guests during their stay, books, reading materials, and board games are available. The property also accepts long-term stays.
For breakfast, guests can prepare their own meals using a small kitchenette area furnished with a minibar, kettle, coffee machine, cups, glasses, dishes, and cutlery. Special attention is also given to transportation. Guests have access to three bicycles—men’s, women’s, and a child’s or youth’s bike—perfect for leisurely exploring the local surroundings. Additionally, a paid shuttle service is available to and from the airports of Bologna, Forlì, and Rimini. This service can also be used for short trips to Lugo’s center, supermarkets, and other local destinations, including the Villa Maria Cecilia Clinic in Cotignola.
The location allows guests to reach Lugo’s center, about 2 kilometers away, within minutes. The Villa Maria Cecilia Clinic and the A14 motorway entrance are roughly a 7-minute drive; Faenza is about 15 minutes away, Imola 20 minutes, Ravenna 25 minutes, and Bologna approximately 40 minutes by car. This strategic setting is suitable for both tourist visits and professional, medical, or travel-related needs along the Via Emilia.
During their stay, guests can also take time to explore Lugo and its historical and cultural heritage by visiting notable sites such as the Estense Fortress, the charming Pavaglione, Piazza Francesco Baracca, the museum dedicated to the famous aviator, the Rossini Theater, and Casa Rossini. For a walk in nature, the Lotus Park is reachable, while the Canal of the Washerwomen offers a fascinating glimpse into the local history and daily life of the area.
