"Welcome to our charming villa with shared pool, situated in a privileged position with breathtaking views of the Bay of Salerno. This property is ideal for a relaxing vacation all year round, thanks to the pleasant Mediterranean climate and its proximity to the city center and main services. The complex consists of a main villa where the B&B activity takes place and a separate annex used as a vacation home.
The property offers two accommodation options: a self-catering vacation home with a fully equipped kitchen and the possibility of using the wood-fired oven, or a room in the modern B&B with breakfast service available upon request. The B&B does not have a kitchen, but microwaves, toasters, and electric kettles are available.
The villa is equipped with central gas heating and air conditioning, and two parking spaces are available on site upon reservation and payment. We recommend using a small car due to the proximity to the city center and main services.
