Born from the recent renovation of an old farmhouse, Casa dell'Artista is centrally located, just 5 minutes from the Sassi and the city center. In remembrance of the past, Casa dell'Artista was conceived on the harmony created by the contrast between a strong presence of natural wood, a stone wall, elements of tuff, and, not to forget history, an ancient quote by Carlo Levi about Matera.
The structure consists of two Domus, each composed of a living area, a bedroom, and a private bathroom. The rooms are heated and air-conditioned, elegantly furnished with attention to detail, and equipped with a refrigerator, kitchen, 40" TV, super-fast Wi-Fi connection, high-quality bed and bath linen, courtesy kit, hairdryer, first aid kit, and every comfort to enjoy a vacation independently with all the services available. Guests will have access to a completely autonomous property on the ground floor, they will be provided with keys and will be free to come and go at any time, without any time constraints.

City tax: €2 per day for each person over 14 years old for a maximum of 3 days.
