OUR ROOMS
Our carefully furnished rooms accommodate two guests. Each room features a private bathroom with a shower and bidet, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
Amenities include electronic key-card access, individually controlled air conditioning and heating, a minibar, a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal infusions, a wardrobe, a safe and satellite TV with Italian and international channels via tivùsat.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, 24 hours a day.
THE ROOFTOP TERRACE
The sea-view rooftop terrace is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the property and is shared between the rooms. It is equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, shaded areas and an outdoor shower.
A minibar and snacks are also available on the terrace at an additional charge, with prices displayed on a dedicated list.
The panoramic sea views described refer to the shared rooftop terrace.

CARING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
We favour natural materials such as stone, marble and wood, and aim to reduce waste and plastic use.
Each guest receives a complete set of bathroom towels and a towel for the rooftop sun loungers. For longer stays, bathroom towels are changed every three days. Please contact the property manager if you have any additional requirements.
We separate waste for recycling and appreciate our guests’ cooperation.
OUR SERVICES
On request, we can provide information and assistance with parking at a partner facility, airport transfers, taxis, boat trips, diving excursions with equipment hire, horse riding, sightseeing excursions and bicycle hire. We also have an arrangement with a private beach club.
These services are provided by external operators at an additional charge and are subject to availability.

L’Arco Antico is housed in a historic building. The stairs leading to the upper floor and rooftop terrace are steep. Guests with reduced mobility are encouraged to contact us before booking to discuss whether the property is suitable for their needs.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
A tourist tax, where applicable, is collected in accordance with current municipal rates and exemptions.
