The tourist accommodation "House Salento Central Rooms" is located 25 km from Gallipoli and 25 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, in the heart of the municipality of Ugento (Torre San Giovanni). This charming town is approximately 100 km from Brindisi Airport, 60 km from the Lecce train station, and just 5 km from the local station.
The owner, Mariella, had the idea to convert her seaside home into a tourist rental and decided to renovate it to accommodate guests. The property features three cozy rooms with double beds, named "Lu Sule," "Lu Mare," and "Lu Jentu." The building is centrally located, and the rooms, which are modern and tastefully decorated, are situated between the first and second floors, each with its own unique features.
Room number 1, "Lu Sule," is a triple room that offers a stunning view of the sunrise from a charming little balcony. The second room, "Lu Jentu," is a double room with shared bathroom, perfect for those who enjoy being caressed by a fresh sea breeze. Finally, the third room, "Lu Mare," boasts a balcony with panoramic sea views and a private bathroom, ideal for those wishing to relax amidst the beauty of the landscape.
The property is open year-round from March 30 to October 30. Guests can make reservations at any time of the year, and check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM; please vacate the room by 9:30 AM on the day of departure.
Every morning, guests can enjoy breakfast (by reservation) at a café located just 100 meters away. Free parking is available on the street, but guests can reserve a parking spot about 300 meters away for €5.00 per day.
