Accessed via a convenient staircase with about fifteen steps and handrails on both sides, the spacious and bright living area features a dining room and lounge furnished with a table, sofa, armchairs, TV, and sideboard, alongside a kitchenette equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and utensils. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms with wardrobes, and the bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower box, and bidet shower. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, plus a drying rack.
