My home is filled with wood and vibrant colors, cozy like a mountain cabin, warm and bright during winter, and gently cooled with water-based air conditioning in summer. Its location right in the heart of Bari makes it ideal for shopping, nightlife, theaters, and exploring the historic center. It is just a short walk from the monumental waterfront and the Pane e Pomodoro beach.
The living and dining areas are connected to the kitchen by a sliding door. The master bedroom can be left fully open to the living room or closed off with two sliding doors. A single bedroom and two bathrooms are accessed via a small hallway. There is also a bed in a nook in the living room (which can be used as a sofa during the day), allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests. The master bedroom also includes a crib suitable for a child up to four years old, increasing the maximum capacity to four adults plus one child. The main bathroom features a sink, toilet, bidet, and a spacious shower. The secondary bathroom is partially open to the main bathroom (the glass partition wall does not reach the ceiling) and contains a sink, toilet, bidet, laundry basin, and washing machine. The main balcony is furnished with a small table and two chairs, while the kitchen balcony is equipped with a clothes drying rack.
The house is gas-free, with all kitchen appliances and heating systems powered by electricity: induction cooktops, electric oven, and electric heat pump heating.
