Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, Villa Adriana features two spacious quadruple suites, two indoor bathrooms on two different levels, and a third outdoor bathroom serving the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare every meal with ease, while the interiors provide all the comforts of home, including high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with Netflix, air conditioning, heating, and fresh bed linen and towels. Outside, you’ll find a stunning 16×8 m private swimming pool with hydromassage, an elegant sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, a stylish poolside lounge for relaxing between swims, a gazebo perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners, and a private football pitch for fun with family and friends. Every space has been designed for you to enjoy the villa comfortably from morning until late evening.
The entire villa is reserved exclusively for the guests included in the reservation. You will have private access to the bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, garden, swimming pool, solarium, gazebo and private parking. The swimming pool is always available exclusively for villa guests throughout your stay.
For over ten years, I have welcomed my guests with passion and care, with the aim of making everyone feel at home and ensuring that their stay is as enjoyable as possible.
To ensure that the property is always well maintained and kept in excellent condition, I may occasionally stop by to take care of the pool or garden maintenance. Should any technical intervention be necessary during your stay, whenever possible I will always let you know in advance and do my best to minimise any inconvenience, while fully respecting your privacy.
The villa is surrounded by the beautiful Apulian countryside, so you may occasionally encounter insects or small animals that are naturally part of a rural environment. You may also receive a visit from one of our neighbours’ friendly little cats, who enjoy exploring the area and occasionally come over to say hello. ??
I would also like to let you know that on Sundays only, from 27 June 2027 to 29 August 2027, between 10: 00 am and 6: 00 pm, a small number of external guests also visit the pool area. These are mainly people and families who have been coming to our property for many years and who, over time, have become like one big family to us.
This arrangement applies only on Sundays and exclusively to the pool area. They use a completely separate entrance from the one used by guests staying at the villa. The house, garden and all other areas of the property remain exclusively reserved for guests staying at the villa at all times, ensuring their privacy and tranquillity.
On every other day of the week, the swimming pool is exclusively reserved for guests staying at the villa.
For security purposes, the property is equipped with an outdoor video surveillance system, with cameras positioned at the entrances and in the pool area. The cameras are used exclusively for the security of the property and the safety of our guests. There are no cameras inside the house.
