Our apartment is located in a small mountain village at 1800m above sea level in the Saint Berthelemy Valley, a few steps from the planetarium and astronomical observatory of Lignan and the 30 km cross-country ring of the Gran Tor.
Located in a quiet position from which you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the Graian Alps.
The apartment, completely renovated this year, is equipped with only eco-green electricity for both heating (included in the fee) and cooking, having completely removed gas. For ecological choice the temperature inside the house will be maximum 20 degrees. During summer heating system Is off, every start requested will be charged.
It has a size of approximately 70 m2 consisting of an entrance hall that leads to the large lounge/dining area and the "reading" corner from whose door window leads to a delightful balcony equipped with a wooden table for lunches with a panoramic view. Small kitchen equipped with all appliances including induction hob, oven and dishwasher.
A hallway leads to the bathroom with shower and suspended bathroom fixtures.
The double bedroom is equipped with a chest of drawers, bedside tables and a wardrobe with mirror.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to a very comfortable sofa bed with an 18cm mattress in the living area.
