Our apartment is located in a small mountain village at 1800m above sea level in the Saint Berthelemy Valley, a few steps from the planetarium and astronomical observatory of Lignan and the 30 km cross-country ring of the Gran Tor.
Located in a quiet position from which you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the Graian Alps.
The apartment, completely renovated this year, is equipped with only eco-green electricity for both heating (included in the fee) and cooking, having completely removed gas. For ecological choice the temperature inside the house will be maximum 20 degrees.
It has a size of approximately 70 m2 consisting of an entrance hall that leads to the large lounge/dining area and the "reading" corner from whose door window leads to a delightful balcony equipped with a wooden table for lunches with a panoramic view. Small kitchen equipped with all appliances including induction hob, oven and dishwasher.
A hallway leads to the bathroom with shower and suspended bathroom fixtures.
The double bedroom is equipped with a chest of drawers, bedside tables and a wardrobe with mirror.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to a very comfortable sofa bed with an 18cm mattress in the living area.
Free Wi-Fi, Tivusat satellite Smart TV and private parking are available to our customers.
