You are welcome!
You will be my guests, I live here with my two cats and I offer a double room, shared bathroom with me, and the living area. I speak Italian and English.
My apartment is located in Padua, a center of art and culture, in a strategic position: 3 minutes by car from exit 12 of the ring road to all the surrounding areas (Venice, Verona, sea, mountains, airport, Ikea, Euganean thermal baths, Euganean Hills, Gran Teatro Geox, etc.), close to public transport and the municipal bike-sharing and scooter system, close to Sant'Antonio Hospital and university campuses, as well as the equipped embankment for running and city sports.
The city center, 4 km away, is easily reachable by public transport, by car in 10 minutes, or by bike in 15 minutes through the green cycle path.
"Fiordicappero" is a welcoming and comfortable structure classified as a "tourist rental"* of a portion of a house.
To enter the house, please take off your shoes and you will find clean slippers at the entrance. I am available to give you advice for your stay in the city, with a smile and the happiness of welcoming you. No smoking inside the house.

Mi sono trasferito a Padova per lavoro e dopo essere stato in albergo, ho deciso di cercare un posto più famigliare che appunto mi facesse sentire a casa! Devo dire che mi sono trovato proprio bene. Il posto é tranquillo ed é proprio l'ideale per chi vuole riposare dopo una giornata di lavoro! Poi con tre minuti in bici sei al centro di Padova dove l'architettura, la vita ed il buon gusto proprio non mancano! La padrona Valentina molto simpatica e disponibile! I suoi gatti molto adorabili!

Caro! Comunque tu che sei allenatissimo voli in centro in 3 minuti in bici, chi è meno allenato ci arriva in 15 minuti percorrendo la pista ciclabile immersa nel verde.

Soggiorno perfetto, nulla da segnalare, Valentina è una padrona di casa attenta ai minimi particolari e gli ambienti sono ultra puliti.

Valentina, la titolare, è una persona speciale, disponibile ad ogni eventuale richiesta. l'unica camera matrimoniale è ben arredata e confortevole, è disponibile la cucina e non è poco.
Ancora un plauso per la titolare.

Premetto che sono un operaio edile e mi trovavo a Padova per lavoro.
Eravamo in 2 e abbiamo trovato ospitalità e cordialità da Valentina.
Appartamento molto ordinato e pulito, bagno comodo con una doccia spettacolare.
Tutto unito dell'accoglienza e dalla disponibilità di questa ragazza. Di sicuro se dovrò tornare a Padova in zona tornerò da lei. È impagabile la tranquillità, la cordialità e la pulizia che abbiamo trovato.

Valentina è una persona molto gentile e disponibile e molto attenta ai suoi ospiti, sicuramente se capiterò in zona la contatterò prima di vedere la disponibilità di altre strutture.
L'appartamento è molto carino, riposerete bene sia per il letto molto comodo che per la zona priva di rumori "aggressivi" come quelli tipici di strade congestionate da traffico.

Valentina, la conduttrice, è una persona squisita, gentile e premurosa con i suoi ospiti, ci ha fatto sentire veramente a nostro agio, a iniziare dalle pantofole per la nostra comodità! la casa è molto bella, arredata con tanto gusto e pulitissima. Sarà il nostro punto fisso anche per le prossime uscite a Padova!
