Description
Casa Speri is a cozy property surrounded by greenery, located 500 meters away from Lake Garda and the historic center of Peschiera. The guests have access to a garage, and there is a restaurant-pizzeria just 10 meters away. It is also ideal for families as it is very close to Gardaland (2.5 km) and other attractions such as Terme di Colà, Movieland, Canevaworld, Terme di Sirmione, Villa dei Cedri, and Parco Giardino Sigurtà.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, and a fridge.

Upon arrival, Mrs. Anna will be happy to provide information on activities to do and beautiful places to visit in the Lake Garda area and in the center of Verona.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 255 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The Casa Speri Bed and Breakfast, a cozy property surrounded by greenery, is located in a quiet area 500 meters from the lake and the historic center; it is also ideal for families as it is very close to Gardaland (2.5 km) and other attractions.

There is a BAR and a pizzeria restaurant 10 meters from the house, and a bike path 20 meters away.

Upon arrival, Mrs. Anna will be happy to provide information on activities to do and beautiful places to visit in the areas of Lake Garda and the center of Verona during your stay.

Rooms

The Bed and Breakfast has three comfortable double rooms (with the possibility of an additional bed), each with a private bathroom. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, fridge, and linen.

Cleaning is done daily.

Guests can also enjoy a beautiful porch with a well-kept garden where they can relax.

In front of the property, there is a pizzeria restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner. The urban bus stop that goes to the station, Clinica Pederzoli, and many other places is 20 meters from the house.

The lady who runs the Casa Speri B&B is very nice and welcoming and offers an excellent service. The room where we stayed was very clean, well-furnished, and easily accessible. The area is quiet and peaceful despite being only 10 minutes from the historic center. Highly recommendable.

Truly quality structure, located in a quiet place 10 minutes walk from the center and the lakeside. The managers are truly welcoming people who make you feel at home, friendliness, kindness, tranquility. For breakfast, even if not included, there is a coffee machine and herbal teas. Spacious room, a nice bathroom and above all very clean. The presence of air conditioning was the best.

Advertising as bed and breakfast but the breakfast never arrived, disappointing as this was not mentioned prior to booking and there was no facilities to cook our own meals.

Casa Speri è una villetta a 500 mg dal centro di Peschiera, sorge in un quartiere residenziale silenzioso e tranquillo, con parcheggio sulla strada davanti. La struttura è nuova, moderna, elegantemente arredata e curata in ogni dettaglio. La camera spaziosa, all'ultimo piano, proprio come si vede in foto. Dotata di ogni confort. La colazione, essendo metà novembre non era prevista, ma il prezzo era veramente un'offerta da prendere al volo. La signora Anna ci ha accolto subito con gentilezza e disponibilità, dandoci consigli su dove mangiare. Lo consiglio vivamente e spero di tornare per un soggiorno più lungo!

Bellissima struttura, la proprietaria è gentilissima, discreta e disponibile, al mattino ci ha coccolato con una colazione abbondante. Le camere sono bellissime e la pulizia è ottima come ottima è la posizione della struttura, vicinissima al centro. Tutto perfetto!
