Experience the relaxing and at the same time lively atmosphere of the historic center in this bright apartment, with wonderful views of one of the most prestigious streets of Vicenza, in a recently renovated building, located between the Duomo and Piazza dei Signori, in a pedestrian area, just a few minutes walk from the train station and two large parking lots.
The apartment measures 50 sqm., it's perfect for 2 people, but can comfortably accommodate 4, thanks to a sofa bed of 140x200 cm in the living area and is located on the first floor with elevator.
It is equipped with everything you need for cooking, with even a small supply for breakfast.
Fiber-based Wi-Fi and 49" Smart TV are available.
2 bicycles are available free of charge for guests.
The centrality of the apartment makes it very close to the main artistic attractions of the city and to the many activities of the center (restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, shops...).
The city's health facilities (nursing homes Eretenia and Villa Berica, Ospedale San Bortolo), the University, the Fair and the CUOA are easily reachable on foot, by bicycle (provided) or by public transport.
From Vicenza you can arrive by train in Venice in 45 minutes, in Padua in 20 minutes and in Verona in 25 minutes.
It is possible on request to organize private transport to and from the Veneto airports.

Very central location and therefore convenient for visiting the city or for shopping, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Mrs. Gianna is helpful and friendly. The small breakfast expense included in the price is much appreciated. I would say excellent.

Apartment in a great location, close to the center and 10 minutes from the station. The apartment is equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. Very comfortable and clean apartment, well organized and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bikes made available are also useful. It is located in a very central and quiet area, easily accessible from the parking lot. Gianna was very helpful and friendly. Recommended.

The apartment is cozy and comfortable, equipped with all the comforts that may be needed. We found everything we needed for breakfast. The location is excellent, located on a nice and quiet street in the center. It is easily reachable both from the train station and the supermarket, which are only a 10-minute walk away. Gianna was super helpful for any questions we had. Thank you, we would definitely come back.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of the city of Vicenza; it is in good condition with clear and well-organized instructions from the Manager for arrival and for any problems that may occur. The property consists of a large living room (with equipped kitchen), a bedroom, a bathroom, and a toilet, with internal temperature control and WIFI access. I recommend it especially for the price and for a stay and visit in the city, 10 minutes walk from the FS Station.

Great location with two balconies overlooking a delightful street in the historic center. The bikes provided were useful for getting around the city and for excursions to the Palladian villas in the surroundings. Gianna, very helpful, even came to pick us up at the station with the car.

L’appartamento si trova in un bellissimo contesto nel centro di Vicenza. La casa è spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Ordine e pulizia impeccabili. Facilmente raggiungibile dal parcheggio Fogazzaro. Molto cordiale e disponibile la signora Gianna. Consigliato.
