APARTMENT IN TYPICAL TUSCANY COUNTRY HOUSE WITH PORTICO AND GARDEN
We are in PITIGLIANO in the "Città del Tufo" area, 5 minutes drive from the historic center, close to the Sorano thermal baths and the most famous thermal baths of Saturnia. In a unique environmental context, we are pleased to offer you our brand new apartment renovated in 2016, (2 double / 4 people) that has: living room with kitchenette, fireplace, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, patio equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and a large, dedicated garden. The apartment is available for 2 or 4 people we preferably rent a week, minimum 3 nights.

We love the countryside, we grow a beautiful organic vegetable garden, so even our guests in season can taste delicious vegetables. We have lived in our house for over 30 years and we are very attached to this marvelous territory which is the Maremma and Pitigliano in particular. We take care of the arrival of the guests to an informative meeting and leave some material to visit the surroundings easily and make you find a small gift at home! We are passionate about antique furniture, so we have furnished the whole farm with traditional Tuscan end 800 pieces, to create a simple and refined atmosphere...

The property is located in the countryside 10 minutes drive from the historic center of Pitigliano very close to the villages of Sorano and Sovana, 15 minutes from the Terme di Sorano, 20 minutes from the Terme di Saturnia and Manciano, 30 minutes Lake Bolsena, 1 hour from the beautiful beaches of Capalbio. It is possible to walk, ride a bike, take cultural, archaeological and enogastronomic tours.

Family environment in the broadest sense, you are pampered. The silence of the countryside reconciles you with yourself. Experience too short, to be repeated. Can be repeated in any welcoming season.

We stayed for one night at the end of February 2022. The apartment is immersed in the Tuscan countryside, where you can savor the silence and an incredible starry sky. The apartment is delightful, with two finely furnished bedrooms and comfortable embroidered bedding. Two bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, and although breakfast was not included, the host still provided us with water, coffee, tea, toast, small jars of jam, and plumcake. The host is very kind; in the days before our stay, she made sure everything was in order and offered extra help if needed. Moreover, to ensure we had no trouble reaching the location, she came to pick us up along the way. They accept dogs, which is not easy.

Good retreat a few kilometers from many wonders. Spa, sea, history, good food. In complete safety as the managers are very attentive to the current risk moment we are experiencing, therefore sanitization and cleaning are very accurate. All accompanied by a charming location.

Podere il Mandorlino is a little corner of paradise in the pulsating heart of Maremma Tuscany. As soon as you take the little road through the countryside, the house of Irenea and her husband appears in all its beauty, welcoming you with smiles as if you had known each other forever; Mandorlino envelops you in its arms, surrounded by colors and scents. Good location, beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment, comfortable and well-equipped, exceptional hospitality and assistance! The willingness to give suggestions on what to visit goes far beyond the price paid; from 1 to 10, the right score is therefore 11 and praise. A stay to remember and cherish in your heart.

Lovely place in the countryside very close to the historic center of Pitigliano. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, all the details are taken care of even in the furnishings. Clean and well heated, the photos on the website exactly represent the house which also has a beautiful equipped patio overlooking a part of the garden available to guests, with private parking. The owners are delightful people ready to meet any need. Highly recommended!
