Very nice and clean accommodation, close to the old town, everything can be reached on foot. The owners were very helpful and friendly! We liked everything!

Very positive experience. The location is ideal for visiting the city. Welcoming, spacious, comfortable, and very clean environment. An added value is the hospitality and availability of Rosalia ready to meet any request. Extremely kind, attentive in suggesting itineraries and places to visit. We appreciated the solution of breakfast in the room and the possibility of using a coffee corner always available for hot drinks. Highly recommended. If we were to return to Florence, we will definitely consider it. Thank you for everything!

This place is such a hidden gem in town! The room was sparkling clean, and Rosalia is such a considerate host that made you feel at home. This is definitely my favorite stay during the trip.

Rosalia has proven to be an impeccable manager from all points of view, making our short stay very pleasant, thanks to her availability, in welcoming us and providing us with useful and valuable advice. Certainly to be appreciated is also the location of the structure, which is about twenty minutes walk from the Piazza del Duomo and is well served by public transport. Excellent, you can't ask for more! We stayed 4 nights at the Miltontre Guest House in Florence. Everything was impeccable: great location (15 minutes walk to the Duomo), cleanliness of the rooms, spacious room, spectacular service from the owners (abundant and varied breakfast, information and tips to visit the city, availability in case of any need). I highly recommend it!

The accommodation and the welcome we received from Rosalia were fantastic. Rosalia is caring, attentive, organized, available, accommodating. If you are on the fence about booking just do it! Rosa was the most incredible host. Her kindness throughout my stay was exceedingly helpful. She treats everyone like family and goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need during your stay. The place itself is about a 20-minute walk to the city center of Florence, which I really did not mind as it was nice being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Would stay here again definitely!

Nothing to complain about. B&B of very high quality with excellent management (the lady also made sure to provide me with lactose-free products for breakfast). To book with closed eyes.

The host is super nice and charming, made us feel at home with my partner and me, 8 minutes walk from the center and in a very quiet area, highly recommended, would repeat again.

We visited the wonderful city of Florence. We couldn't find a better place to stay. The super helpful owner was ready to give advice on places to visit and restaurants. Very clean and spacious room. Highly recommended for those who want to spend some days exploring Florence.

We stayed at this property for a short period, attracted by the quality-price ratio, the distance from the historic center but above all... by the personality of Rosalia! From the first contact, she showed uncommon availability, courtesy, sympathy, and professionalism. We were passing through and wanted to make a short visit to Florence. Never was a choice of accommodation more fortunate. Miltontre Guest House is located in a beautiful tree-lined avenue on the outskirts of the center, convenient both on foot and by public transport. No parking problems and upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owners Rosa and Paolo, truly exquisite and interesting people. The room was equipped with everything necessary and extremely well cared for in detail and clean, perfect even for a long stay. Great attention to virus containment rules. Furthermore, Rosa and Paolo are a tourist guide and an environmental guide, so they are generous with valuable information both about the city and the surroundings; if desired, by inquiring beforehand, there is also the possibility of joining their guided tours/excursions in nature, as my partner did. In short, the reasons to choose Miltontre Guest House are many. Go there and you will be satisfied.

I stayed at this Miltontre Guest House during the summer of 2018 with my family and I was very satisfied. Now, having to work in Florence for a week, I decided to return to Rosalia and Paolo, the owners, who once again made me feel at home. Thank you.

Located in a very distinctive residential area, train station and historic center reachable in 15-20 minutes on foot. Very kind owner and generous with useful suggestions on typical restaurants. Beautiful experience. Small and romantic Miltontre Guest House not far from the city center (bus stop 13 is below the building of the structure, for the lazy, but you can easily walk to any point in Florence). The rooms are very beautiful and spacious (we stayed in the Parnaso room). I appreciated the attention to detail in the furnishings, the friendliness of Mrs. Rosalia who welcomed us with a good coffee and many tips on movements and places to eat. In the morning, the breakfast is varied and colorful. You can choose to have a toast or enjoy a warm croissant. During the day, there is always coffee or a kettle available for hot drinks and herbal teas. Perfect to find a bottle of cold water in the fridge. Thank you.

We stayed at this beautiful B&B for one night to visit the beautiful city of Florence. It is located in an elegant and quiet area, on the banks of the Mugnone stream a few steps from the Horticulture Garden. The city center is easily reachable both by public transport and by pleasant walks (about 30m from the Duomo). The place is very comfortable and well-kept. What makes it even more special is the care and passion that the owner Rosalia puts into managing the property, making the guest feel at home. She is very attentive to the needs of her guests both during booking and during the stay. In the welcome, she is able to convey her love for the city, giving excellent advice on what to visit and how to move easily among the various places of interest in Florence. The breakfast is rich and varied, the rooms are new, comfortable, and finely furnished. During our stay at Miltontre, we really felt pampered and if there is the opportunity, we will definitely return.

Spacious and very comfortable rooms, abundant breakfast and Rosalia, who manages the B&B, very kind and helpful. Located outside the chaos of the center, but very convenient because in about 15 minutes on foot you can reach both the cathedral and the Santa Maria Novella railway station. Highly recommended, also for the excellent value for money! Stay in beautiful Florence practically perfect!

Miltontre Guest House provided the perfect accommodation experience for our weekend vacation. Location is within walking distance of the SMN station (20 mins) and city centre (15 mins) which provides best of both experiences. The room and its facilities were very comfortable. The common area for tea and breakfast was very practical. The host herself was delightful; she was very knowledgable of the area and even provided unique breakfast items.

A lovely guest house and highly recommended. We found Paulo and Roselia very helpful and friendly. This guest house is a short walk out of the centre and from the main station (Santa Maria). Up to date furnishings, lovely and clean. The ensuite bathroom was very nice although the shower cubicle was only just big enough for me but I am 100kg. Breakfast was basic and more for a sweet tooth but still we couldn't complain. There was a fridge and microwave in the shared kitchen where breakfast was served. Paulo and Roselia are very knowledgeable about local sight seeing spots and wine tours in your own language. We would definitely stay again.

Camera ampia, comoda e pulitissima. Rosalia molto dolce, simpatica e disponibile nel dare indicazioni agli ospiti e venire incontro ad ogni esigenza. La distanza dal centro non è eccessiva, si arriva al Duomo in 15 minuti a piedi. Siamo stati benissimo e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Miltontre è sicuramente uno dei posti migliori in cui abbiamo soggiornato nei nostri tanti viaggi in giro per l'Italia. Ì proprietari, Rosalia e Paolo, si sono dimostrati disponibilissimi e attenti alle nostre esigenze, e hanno risposto a ogni nostra domanda - in via telematica - in modo veloce, professionale e completo. Ci hanno fornito tante informazioni utili sulla città già prima del nostro arrivo aiutandoci a organizzare e ottimizzare la nostra visita. In fase di check-in Rosalia ci ha accolti nello splendido salotto/studio di casa sua. Ci ha fornito ulteriori informazioni sui mezzi, sulle attrazioni e i punti d'interesse da non perdere. Abbiamo piacevolmente trascorso questa parte "burocratica" del soggiorno tra chiacchiere e risate. Ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Roster. Che dire: spaziosa, pulitissima, fresca, silenziosa, finemente arredata. Letto comodissimo (finalmente un letto matrimoniale degno di essere chiamato tale!), gradita anche la poltrona su cui rilassarsi al fresco del climatizzatore, comodo il tavolo per la colazione e pratico e anch'esso molto pulito il bagno con doccia (anche questa molto confortevole). Nella parte restante e separata dell'appartamento è presente un'altra camera e un piccolo angolo cottura condiviso dove la mattina Rosalia lascia tutto il necessario per la colazione, che ci si prepara in autonomia ma con grande comodità. Il B&B si trova in una zona apparentemente trafficata ma che in realtà si è rivelata molto tranquilla. Nelle due notti di permanenza abbiamo dormito sonni tranquilli e indisturbati. Ci siamo mossi comodamente in lungo e in largo per il centro sia a piedi (circa 30 min di passeggiata dal Duomo) che con i mezzi (il 13 che passa praticamente sotto l'appartamento porta dritti dritti nello splendido Piazzale Michelangelo). La zona è ricca di bar, bistrot e locande/trattorie. La proprietaria Rosalia è cordiale, gentile, simpatica ma MAI invadente. Ci è parsa molto attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti ed è stato un piacere per noi chiacchierare con lei. Nota di merito: al momento del check-in ci ha chiesto se avessimo particolari allergie o esigenze alimentari e, vista la mia intolleranza al lattosio, la mattina seguente mi ha fatto trovare latte di soia normale e al cioccolato, fette biscottate e pane senza latticini! Nel complesso è stato uno splendido soggiorno. Ci è sembrato di stare in un hotel a 4 stelle ma con tutte le comodità di casa. Se ricapiterà l'occasione torneremo molto volentieri. Sicuramente consiglieremo questa soluzione ad amici e parenti in visita a Firenze!

Al mattino ci siamo svegliati e abbiamo trovato un simpatico bigliettino di auguri accompagnati da due simpatici ovetti. Pulizia ottima, ottima anche la posizione. Un grazie speciale va a Rosalia che non appena arrivati ci ha dato parecchie indicazioni per rendere al meglio il nostro piccolo soggiorno, spero di tornarci presto. Stupendo.
