My cat, Mia, and I live in the house and we will be honored to host you with us.
A five minute walk from the “Resistenza” and “Villa Costanza” tram stops. This is Lorenza's House B&B in Scandicci in a residential neighborhood, surrounded by greenery, equipped with an excellent public transport service and ample parking. The structure is on the ground floor of a newly built building, in addition to the private part where I live, your double bedroom with private bathroom and shower, overlooks the garden.
A French sofa bed is also available for additional guests.
Buses, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies and local markets, it's all within reach.
The heart of the art of Florence and its great fashion events at the exhibition center (Fortezza da Basso and Palazzo dei Congressi), the Teatro del Maggio Musicale, the Stazione Leopolda, can be reached in 20-30 minutes by public transport (T1 Tramway Line).

Excellent Bed and Breakfast located in a strategic and convenient position for both the tram and parking. Excellent cleanliness and furnishings. The lady is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.
