Great facility well located to visit Siena and surroundings. Ms. Elvira is a wonderful person, available and very kind to every need. I was a guest at the facility with friends to participate in a cycling race, but I will definitely come back with my family.

The one-bedroom apartment is very clean and spacious. It is located in a small sleepy hamlet called Castelnuovo Berardenga. We really enjoyed the peace and tranquility away from tourist hotspots. There are quite a few vineyards nearby for day trips/tastings. Castello di Brolio is within a 20-minute driving distance. Elvira is a responsive host and very kind. She gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and provided snacks even though we hadn't booked breakfast. There are a couple of small markets within walking distance and a few small restaurants.

Ideal location for this new and very comfortable apartment. San Gusmè is a delightful village, perfect for walking and cycling or visiting wineries and other villages. Thanks Elvira, I hope to come back soon!
