The Florentine apartment is located at the T2 tram stop "Torre degli Agli". You can reach the center at Santa Maria Novella station in 8 stops-12 minutes and Florence airport in 5 minutes; it is reachable by car from the "Florence Centro" exit of the A1 highway; WE HAVE a private paid parking with a gate near the property (10 euros per day). The apartment is spacious, quiet, very welcoming and equipped with high-speed WIFI connection. Here you will find COMFORT, PRIVACY, RELAXATION, and you can breathe the true atmosphere of Florence.

The Florentine apartment, a place of relaxation in historic Florence, is located 12 minutes from the center of Florence on the sixth floor of a sunny building with an elevator. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with an area of ??75 square meters. The tram stop is right below the house; thanks to the tram, you will reach the center in 12 minutes with 8 stops and you can reach Florence airport in 5 minutes with only 2 stops. We have private parking available 100 meters from the apartment, the parking is guarded by an automatic gate. At check-in, we will provide the magnetic key to the gate and you can easily and conveniently park near the apartment. The parking has only one available parking space.

Thanks to the available parking, you can use the tram to move freely and stroll through the wonderful historic center of Florence, enjoy the historic Renaissance atmosphere of one of Italy's most beautiful art cities, and visit the most important monuments.

The building has a large entrance that leads to the elevator; you can reach the apartment on the sixth floor and enter the Florentine Apartment, an apartment equipped with all comforts, furnished with love, and equipped with WIFI connection.

The Florentine apartment consists of a large entrance, two bedrooms, one with a balcony where you can enjoy excellent aperitifs while breathing the Florentine air, and another room with a window, ideal for smart working, equipped with a desk and study space. The apartment also includes a windowed bathroom and a kitchen with a balcony where you can enjoy typical Italian coffee and cook fantastic pasta dishes thanks to a modern induction stove, to experience the true taste of Italian cuisine.

The Florentine Apartment is a bright and fully furnished apartment that makes every tourist and guest feel at home. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning in the two bedrooms and the kitchen. Heating is centralized (active from November 1st to April 15th). The apartment is very welcoming and will make you feel at home even though you are in one of Italy's richest cities in history. To ensure greater privacy, shutters, mosquito nets, and blackout curtains have been installed in all rooms. The use of these is at the discretion of the guest.

As you can see from the photos, the apartment offers the possibility of complete privacy in the 2 main bedrooms, with free access to the bathroom or kitchen without having to disturb or pass through other rooms thanks to the central corridor.

The relaxation of the area and its centrality make it the perfect place to enjoy your vacation in Florence.

KITCHEN
The kitchen of the Florentine Apartment is practical, functional, complete, and evokes the vintage, historical, and cinematic atmosphere of the city of Florence. The apartment is equipped with a 4-zone induction stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, sink, and a Lavazza espresso coffee machine provided with capsules, sugar, and everything you need for a wonderful awakening in the most beautiful city in Italy: Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance.

The Florentine Apartment is equipped with complete sets of plates, glasses, cups, bottle openers, bowls, and kitchen utensils, absorbent towels, salt, oil, tea, etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. (Note: the dishwasher in the kitchen is NOT in use).

BEDROOM WITH BALCONY
Each bedroom of the Florentine Apartment is equipped with a KING SIZE double bed (180x200) with a memory foam mattress and topper for total relaxation, and new pillows for greater comfort. It has a four-door wardrobe for orderly and practical clothes storage, two bedside tables, two lamps for reading Florentine poetry in the evening (you can find some books in the kitchen), a desk for your smart working, and an ergonomic chair for comfortable work.

The room has been decorated with warm and relaxing colors and images to give guests a feeling of cleanliness, peace, attention, and relaxation: our joy is to give a sense of comfort and quality to anyone staying in our apartment.

BEDROOM WITH WINDOW
The second bedroom of the Florentine Apartment is also equipped with a KING SIZE double bed (180x200) with an extremely comfortable mattress, memory foam topper, and new pillows for greater comfort during the night. The room has a four-door wardrobe for orderly clothes storage, two bedside tables, two lamps, two desks, and chairs. Working freely, doing smart working, or simply studying from this room will be optimal and efficient thanks to the silence and peace that the apartment offers. The side window prevents direct light from reflecting on the computer screen, ensuring comfortable digital work thanks to the free high-speed wifi connection.

CORRIDOR
The Florentine Apartment welcomes you with a corridor full of images of the main artistic and cultural attractions of Florence. At the entrance, you will find two wall shoe racks to store shoes, ensuring hygiene throughout your stay. The corridor allows the apartment to separate each room, leaving each with its own privacy and access to the bathroom and kitchen without disturbing others.

BATHROOM
The Florentine Apartment has a classic Italian bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, and bathtub with shower. Hand soap, toilet paper, a set of towels (face, body, bidet), and a shower-shampoo kit are included for each guest.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have the entire house at your disposal.

Bedrooms:
- With a reservation for up to 2 people, guests will have access to the air-conditioned bedroom, the windowed bathroom, and the kitchen with a balcony. The other room will remain closed. (Note: The use of the second bedroom for reservations of only 2 people incurs an additional cost of 30 euros per day).

- With reservations for 3 to 4 people, guests will also have access to the second air-conditioned bedroom.

You can use the elevator to comfortably reach the sixth floor where the apartment is located.

The price includes a courtesy set of towels and shower-shampoo for each guest, bed linen, condominium expenses, utilities, heating, air conditioning, fast WIFI connection, soap, salt, coffee, and sugar.

THE RULES OF THE FLORENTINE:
Please do not book on behalf of other people: it is explicitly prohibited by the site's regulations and I will be forced to report and cancel any bookings made on behalf of third parties.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AT CHECK-IN:
At check-in, an identity document will be required for each guest in order to comply with legal obligations. For Italians and Europeans in general, an identity card is sufficient, while for non-Europeans, a passport is essential (visas and residence permits are not considered valid documents). It is legally required that at least one of the occupants be of legal age. A minor accompanied by an adult other than their parents must be in possession of the consent of at least one of the parents.

RESPECT FOR OTHER RESIDENTS:
- It is forbidden to make noise in the stairwell and disturb other residents from 23: 00 to 7: 00. Parties and rave parties are not allowed.

- Please close all windows and the front door when you leave the accommodation.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of 50 euros. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony (remember to use the ashtray).

- Do not bring bicycles into the house.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CHECK-IN:
Remember to communicate your arrival time as soon as possible in order to organize our meeting and not keep you waiting. Check-in is possible from 3: 00 pm. It is necessary to agree on a meeting time. A few days before check-in, you will receive a message asking for information about the arrival time. Please respect this time and notify us in case of delay.

For check-ins after 11: 30 pm, there is a supplement of €30. It is therefore necessary to agree on a time, subject to availability of the check-in.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is at 10: 00 am (additional charge of 20 euros for late check-out). Make sure to close windows and balconies and dispose of the garbage. Before leaving, leave the keys on the kitchen table and close the door behind you.

HOUSE KEYS:
Breakage or loss of keys will result in a penalty of 80 euros.
