Located in an elegant 18th-century manor house, in close proximity to the historic center and just a few steps from the renowned Cascine Park, B&B La Tavernetta provides the perfect solution for your stay in Florence. Our comfortable and bright rooms can accommodate 2/3/4 guests, each with a private bathroom. We also offer a spacious, fully renovated, and independent apartment with 5 beds.

The structure is very beautiful, welcoming and comfortable. Not in the center but very close to the tram and a few stops from Santa Maria Novella station. Equipped with all services. Recommended.

Bed and breakfast in a very quiet area, with free parking available near the property. The quadruple room is clean and very spacious, the owners are very kind. As for breakfast, you can make coffee with the machine and have a juice, nothing else. As for the bathroom, it lacks a bidet and air conditioning is not available.

The welcome from Mrs. Angela was impeccable, very helpful in meeting requests and above all very nice and empathetic. The B&B La Tavernetta is located in a historic building with a beautiful entrance. The room is very clean, offering guests a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, fridge and everything needed to arrange breakfast. To reach the center it takes a quarter of an hour walk to get to the tram stop, six stops and you arrive at Santa Maria Novella station. A heartfelt thank you to Angela who hosted us with care and attention, we will come back to visit you. Absolutely recommended.

I was not able to pay by card because the person in charge didn't know how to use the POS and didn't even have the cash for change, I had to leave it there. Moreover, I was asked to pay upon arrival at the property, something that has never happened in other hotels, and despite the inconvenience of cash payment not being my fault, the attitude was intrusive and pretentious as I was asked to stay in the property at times that didn't allow me to fully enjoy the holiday. I recommend therefore to update themselves on payment methods and to have cash available for customers.

Good very friendly welcome from the owner. Always a kind word from her every day. Spacious room with fan but very hot in summer (air conditioning would be a plus), you can have a coffee in the morning and sit in a small kitchen for breakfast (not provided), a fridge is at your disposal (very appreciated for fresh water in summer). I recommend this establishment.

Very welcoming host, very clean establishment, nearby public transport and free parking. Attention, no breakfast... a coffee machine and a small fridge are available in the small common room. Tourist tax per person per night to be paid in addition on arrival (e.g. 44 euros extra for two nights for four people) which increases the bill on arrival.

The negatives are the noise (you will need earplugs) and the heat (no air conditioning). HOWEVER, we were fortunate to be greeted by Angela who is an extremely kind woman. She only speaks Italian but that adds to the experience. I loved staying there. I would go back without hesitation.

The owner of B&B La Tavernetta gave us a good welcome, she was very kind, even though she only spoke Italian and we had to pay in cash, as she said she didn't understand the card machine. 15 minutes walk from the nearest tram that takes you to the center. Spacious room, warm and a bit noisy facing the street.

The property itself is beautiful and the room was very spacious. The area is quite quiet and although it is some distance from the city centre, it is close enough to a tram stop. The host was lovely and friendly despite the language barrier.

We liked the place a lot! The owner was nice and friendly. The hotel is in a quiet and nice area. The only drawback is the cold room (we stayed there in April), so taking a shower was a huge and freezing experience.

Excellent accommodation in a house with Florentine charm. Fantastic welcome, too nice the lady owner of the room besides being available to have met all our requests. Renovated and very clean room. Close to public transportation, so even though it's 3/4 km from the center, you can get there in no time. Already recommended to friends who are going to Florence soon.

We (a couple) really enjoyed staying here, a bit out of the crowded Florence (a 15-minute tram ride and a 20-minute easy walk) in a residential part of the city without a tourist in sight! This is a lovely old house with large rooms and a sense of space and beauty. We had a room on the first floor with a balcony, a very comfortable bed, and lots of hanging space. We think we were sharing the bathroom across the hall but we did not experience any clashes and there were not many other guests at the time. Coffee is available in a small shared kitchen. Value for money €180 for three nights including taxes was excellent. We were greeted by Fabrizio's mother who was very helpful and thoughtful and advised us where to go for dinner. We found a tea/beer/snack stop on the way back from the tram and the Pizzeria Cinzia a five-minute walk from the house, where we had two excellent meals. (It is well used by locals and booking is advisable.) In short, if we return to Florence this is where we would stay.

Three friends on a road trip in Italy. Charming establishment, with a friendly owner who explained the neighborhood to us. The room was spacious, clean, and well-kept. The bathroom was clean and pleasant. The only drawback of this apartment was the noise of trucks and cars passing by all night. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay :).

We stayed from 27th to 29th of May, very beautiful and extremely clean room. The owner is extremely helpful and the lady is courteous and ready to provide us with information for our stay. The property is located near (800 meters) the tram stop that takes you directly to the center of Florence. Breakfast is not included but the owners provide a coffee machine, juice, and croissants. Excellent value for money. GREAT STRUCTURE. I RECOMMEND IT.

The property is in a strategic location, close to a supermarket and a few minutes from Visarno Park. Also good for the bus and tram location, discreet breakfast, they offer fresh croissants every day and then single doses of rusks, jams, and Nutella. Possibility to make a good cappuccino by yourself. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The same goes for the bathrooms. The managers are very friendly, especially the lady who is really very kind and pleasant company. I would definitely like to come back.

The 700s house is very nice used as a B&B, the owner Angela is very nice and courteous. The location is not bad, close to everything but located in a context of popular buildings from the '70s. Overall I must say that for what we had to do it was more than fine.

Excellent establishment, located in a very well-maintained ancient building, with beautiful plants in the common areas. Recently redecorated rooms. The room for two adults and two children was extremely clean and really spacious. The owner was very kind, and it was very pleasant to have friendly chats with her. It's not right in the center, but in 10-15 minutes you can reach the tram that in 6 stops takes you to Santa Maria Novella and then to the city center. Very large public parking in front of the establishment. Highly recommended.

The property is an old manor house, with spacious rooms, but lacking air conditioning. The manager and his mother are very friendly and provide helpful tips. An air conditioner would make this a perfect resort for summer, as the heat and mosquitoes are bothering.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il B&B solo una notte, ma la nostra esperienza è stata più che positiva! Camera da letto spaziosissima e molto pulita con bagno interno, di recente ristrutturazione. Colazione molto soddisfacente con brioches fresche, buonissime. I proprietari (mamma e figlio) sono persone squisite e molto disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato!

La struttura è nuovissima (antico immobile ristrutturato) e tenuta molto bene. I bagni sono in camera e la cucina è al piano delle stesse. Unico neo la posizione, che impone di avere l'auto (altrimenti occorre arrivarci in autobus cittadino). Non è la prima volta che uso tale struttura e di sicuro ci tornerò.

B&B situato in una zona tranquilla, ma lontana dal centro. Pulizia accurata, buona colazione. Manca l'aria condizionata, e il T1, il tram che porta in centro è piuttosto lontano. Nell'insieme esperienza positiva per una notte, rapporto qualità/prezzo ok per Firenze.

Ottimo posto. Lo consiglio a tutti. In pochi minuti con la tramvia o l'autobus si è in centro. Il proprietario e la mamma sono due persone molto gentili e disponibili. Noi eravamo nell'appartamento: pulitissimo, comodo, grande. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e se tornassimo a Firenze sicuramente torneremmo qui. Grazie di tutto.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B nel mese di febbraio, arrivando in auto ho potuto parcheggiare senza problemi e raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti di tram. La camera era molto spaziosa, curata e pulitissima! Buona anche la colazione e la simpatia dei proprietari, straconsigliato!

Tutto fantastico. Titolare di una classe innata, gestisce il B&B con la Gentilissima Mamma e lo fa con la cura del buon padre di famiglia... pulitissimo, accogliente, vicino al centro di Firenze. Diciamo che le parole si sprecano, dovete andarci per capire che ne vale la pena!

Struttura situata nella periferia di Firenze a circa 4 Km dal centro. Camera molto ampia, pulita e ordinata. Gestore cordiale e disponibilissimo. Organizzazione puntuale e irreprensibile. Carta di credito non accettata. Stanza purtroppo rumorosa.

Very nice host, buses and tram nearby (check out the schedules) apartment big and beautiful, kitchen and refrigerator. No air-condition, in summer for guests, who are not used to the italian heat not good, parking easy.

Siamo stati ospiti per due notti in occasione del B&BDay. Facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto e parcheggi liberi difronte. Locali ben curati e puliti. Colazione per tutti i gusti: una chicca i dolci freschi (crostatine alla marmellata, dolcetti con mandorle e pinoli alla crema di limone). Centro facilmente raggiungibile utilizzando il tram (la fermata Talenti è a 10 minuti a piedi). La signora e suo figlio cordiali Consigliatissimo.

Proprietario e la sua mamma cordiali e disponibili, abbiamo soggiornato in occasione della granfondo di Firenze, ambiente accogliente e ristrutturato di recente, vicino al parco delle cascine. Che dire: da ritornarci (se ancora vorranno i ciclisti).

Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend in occasione della Deejayten. Ottimo soggiorno lo consigliamo per la cordialità dei gestori, Fabrizio e sua mamma sono delle persone squisite e disponibili; la camera e molto curata e soprattutto molto pulita! L'edificio è antico è molto bello, dopo una passeggiata di circa 5 minuti a piedi si arriva alla tramvia che nel giro di 10 minuti vi porta in centro con fermata alla Stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Parcheggio gratuito non custodito di fronte al B&B noi ci ritorneremo sicuramente! Super Consigliato!

Ambiente curato, pulito di facile accesso da fuori e per il centro. Bella palazzina, appartamento, rifinito ma al pian terreno, Contesto esterno moderno non consono.

Ottimo soggiorno, mi è dispiaciuto stare solo due giorni! L'edificio è antico e molto bello, con un piccolo cortile, ben ristrutturato, le camere e gli appartamenti hanno un bel arredamento e sono pulitissimi, i gestori sono gentilissimi e disponibili, Ottima colazione con vasta scelta, posto tranquillo e anche se non proprio in una posizione centrale è possibile parcheggiare di fronte e a pochi minuti c'è la stazione del tram. Super consigliato!

Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta. Gentilissimi i gestori, Fabrizio e la sua mamma. Seppur non in centro città, collegata comodamente dalla tramvia a 5 min di cammino. Consigliatissimo.

Bellissima struttura, gestore molto cordiale e disponibile, anche collegata bene con il centro città, a 300 mt circa si prende il tram che arriva direttamente in centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
