You will find a conservative restoration with green building materials, the construction of furnishings with natural materials, low-consumption LED lighting, timed switch systems, elimination of disposable courtesy sets, with practical refillable dispensers for soap, shampoo and shower gel made with oil company bio evo, biodegradable and ecolabel certified toilet paper, flow reducers in each tap, only glass bottles in the mini-bar, free water available, awareness of respect for water consumption and linen change, separate waste collection area, columns for refilling electric cars, organic and zero kilometer products for breakfast and all meals, zero plastic for purchased products, linen, mattresses, pillows and bedspreads in natural fibers, production of electricity thanks to solar panels, rainwater storage, recycling and phyto sewage purification, solar heating, condensing boiler, stove pellets with certified recycled wood pellets, use of only 100% biodegradable cleaning products and electrolysis bio pool, without chlorine.

The entire farmhouse is sanitized with an ozone system that kills viruses, bacteria and insects, disinfected with 0. 5% sodium hypochlorite and cleaned with EM (Effective Micro Organisms), 100% biodegradable.

The suites and Luxury Tents are equipped with: table with chairs for having your meals, bathroom and private entrance, courtesy kit made with the company's organic extra virgin olive oil, hairdryer, safe, thermostat connected to external sensors that allow you not to waste energy, hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows with hemp lining with organic spelled husks inside, wool and real goose down blankets, wi-fi ONLY in the common areas and by the pool, yoga mats, designer fan (on request), kettle with tea, coffee and Stevia RebA, passive music speaker and mini bar.

WHAT DOES YOUR STAY INCLUDE?
The cost you see on the site is per room.

You will have large exclusive areas with a garden shaded by large centuries-old trees, deck chairs for sunbathing, tables with chairs for having meals, armchairs, hammocks, use of the holistic space and areas reserved for Yoga and Meditation, respecting the distance with common sense you will have the exclusive use of the bio swimming pool of salt water and the hot tub of hot water heated by our solar panels, bio breakfast in the breakfast room from 8. 30 to 9. 30, free unattended parking, water, tea and herbal teas at the Osteria Senza Oste, (inside the lemon tree, near the swimming pool), a map of Maremma and Tuscia with the tourist, cultural and food and wine excellences, books to consult with the organic excellences of the Tuscan Maremma and wood for the fireplace (only for the Piccioni, Rustica and Minimal suites which they have fireplaces).

TO EAT
You will be able to taste one of the dishes of the day that are vegetarian, vegan or with meat from wild-raised animals, cooked with only seasonal farm products or zero km products, or cured meats, cheeses, including vegan ones, and seasonal vegetables.

Continuing with the booking you will find all the extra services that you can book before your arrival (recommended) or during your stay.

You will have floating sessions in the sensory deprivation tank, holistic massages, Gong bath, Yoga courses, BBQ under the stars, pedal assisted bicycle excursions, guided excursions to secret Etruscan places and horseback riding.

You can decide to dine in our garden, near the fire and under a blanket of stars or in the privacy of your room, by candlelight.

Maremma Toscana hosts the best restaurants in Tuscany.

For this reason we offer alternative culinary sensory experiences, which you will never forget, in contact with nature, with only organic and zero km products.

 
You can dine with sunset light around the BBQ in exclusive use.

At sunset, we will find lots of embers where you take your time for cook a Florentine steak, Cinta Senese sausages and pancetta and seasonal vegetables.

Dinner will be accompanied by homemade bread, our production New Olive oil, water, organic red wine and a small dessert with homemade liqueur.

All Organic and with meat from wild animals. The vegetarian version is possible with local cheeses to be grilled instead of meat.

The cost is 120€ /couple, wine included. The service must be booked by 10am
 
Alternatively you can taste one of the vegetarian, vegan or meat dishes of the day, cooked with only seasonal Sant'Egle products or at zero km products, or cold cuts, cheeses, even vegan and seasonal vegetables, cold and hot drinks, wines and beers.

On pleasant occasions we like to share the evening with our guests.

You can participate in a convivial evening where we will cook Pizza together.

The dough, made by erika is made with local flours which naturally have little gluten and mother yeast which allows a slow leavening of 48 hours.

We will cook in our big wood oven, enjoying our craft beers with Saffron or Spirulina.

Other evenings we will cook together at the big BBQ, drinking some good local bio wine.

The cost of these evenings is € 50 per person, drinks and dessert included.

If you would prefer to go to a restaurant, then we will show you our ‘secret’ list of the area’s best restaurants upon arrival, each selected to meet our demanding tastes.

 
We also have a private Chef available, only for those who book the entire farmhouse.
