In the radiant town of Riposto (whose name finds origin in the word "U RIPOSTU", which in Sicilian dialect it means, "the cellar", since in it the heavy town gathered amounts of wine in the near ones were deposited), is born ours B&B "Le Giare".
Placed in the center, to few steps from the new turist port, "Port of the Etna" and the wonderful Fondachello beach the Giare B&B offers the possibility of spending your holidays enjoying at the same time the sea and mountain beauties and living the town atmosphere of one which still preserves ancient traditions.
To 50 mt from the railway station Giarre-Riposto, to 30 minutes by car from the splendid Catania and from Fontanarossa international airport (CT), to 15 minutes from the charming and enchanting Taormina and to 20 minutes from the Etna, the active highest volcano of Europe, our B&B waits for you and the welcome gives you with the kindness and the cordiality which characterizes us.
The B&B Le Giare, accomodate You in a structure provided with lift and equipped for the welcome gods able. Inside the Reception you will find an Internet Point at your complete disposal. Wide and luminous rooms gifted with all the comforts (private bath with shower, Phon, air conditioning, TV Sat, phone, balcony).
Le Giare B&B, offer moreover the possibility of staying in an accepting flat in villa, site in Fondachello, in few steps from the sea, besides offers reachable on foot in 5 min.

We had a great time, very kind lady, excellent cleanliness, good breakfast with fresh croissants and a beautiful view of Mount Etna, free parking nearby, sea at 1 km but easy to reach even on foot. I would go back and I gladly recommend it.

The owner is very kind and welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights and felt like we were at home. Breakfast with a view of Mount Etna. GREAT. Too bad for the good but Covid-sized breakfast.

Friendliness, smiles, and cleanliness are what characterize this property, in addition to a wonderful panoramic terrace with a view of Mount Etna where you can have breakfast both indoors and outdoors (as I did on a sunny day).
The owner, among other things, very kindly waited for me in the evening, as I arrived around 9 pm, and immediately made herself available for any needs.
Unfortunately, I was only able to stay one night, but I want to compliment the owner for both the order of the property and the ability to create a family-like atmosphere. Not to forget that the sea is within a few minutes' walk! Silvia.

We had just stayed at several 3* hotels on the mainland and to be very honest this little B&B out classed them all.
Just a 10 minute walk from the railway station we were met by Stella the owner, who was really welcoming and most helpful lady.
It is on 3 floors and we had room 24, via a modern lift, spacious. spotlessly clean, air conditioned and all modern facilities, the breakfast room was on rooftop with patio and lovely view of Etna, a good plentiful selection of croissants, local breads, cakes, teas and choice of coffees and juices were available.
The location is quiet, just great for exploring the local attractions and only a 10 minute walk from the marina. Many local restaurants are also within a 10 minute stroll.
I can highly recommend this B&B and I will certainly return here on any future visit to the area.
