Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 1 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

La camera da letto e' ampia e comoda, il bagno offre una doccia molto ampia e rilassante. La casa si trova vicino al Monastero dei Benedettini, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche della citta. La casa dista 15 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto di Catania.
