Casa delle Foglie

"Casa delle Foglie" is a newly built villa located in San Giovanni La Punta, a few kilometers from Catania. Its proximity to the Paesi Etnei exit of the A18 allows easy access to various tourist destinations in Sicily such as Acireale, Acitrezza, Taormina, Siracusa, Noto, and many others. It takes 45 minutes to reach Mount Etna and only 20 minutes to get to the sea. Nearby are shopping centers, I Portali and Le Zagare, a sports center with tennis courts, soccer fields, and beach volleyball.

Casa delle Foglie is surrounded by greenery, a true oasis of peace and relaxation. It is an ideal place for families or groups of friends to spend their vacations. The villa, pool, and outdoor spaces are for the exclusive use of guests.

The villa has a surface area of 230 square meters and is spread over three levels.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a reading area, two sofa beds, a double bedroom, and a large bathroom with a shower. On the lower floor, there is a large and bright kitchen, a living area with sofas and a TV, a large lava stone fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room with a washing machine. On the upper floor, there are three comfortable double bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside, surrounded by green hedges, lush palms, and many trees, you will find a pool with a solarium, sun loungers, chairs, umbrellas, a changing room, and a shower.

On the back, there is a large open space with many rose plants, olive trees, and oak trees with dense crowns under which you can relax during hot sunny days. In the evening, a large wood-fired barbecue can provide unforgettable grilling under the stars.

The large covered patio at the back is an area not available to guests.
