Description

The vacation home "Villetta delle Rose" is located in Loiri with beautiful views of the surrounding Sardinian countryside, just a few kilometers from several beaches. Furnished with furniture in classic Sardinian style, the 100 m² vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Internet available through LAN-cable.

In the scenic, private outdoor area, a gorgeous garden with outdoor shower, covered patio and balcony awaits you. Relax on hot days or sunbathe on the provided garden furniture. You can also expect a barbecue where you can prepare delicious barbecues and enjoy them outdoors. From the outdoor area you can enjoy a unique view of the green landscape of Sardinia. A playground awaits the younger guests.

In a few minutes walk you can reach the center of Loiri with its small alleys. There you will find a selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. You can reach a supermarket after only 1 minute walk (60 m). The nearest beaches, including Porto Istana Beach and Spiaggia Pittulongu, are a 17-21-minute drive away by car (16-18 km). To Olbia airport you need less than 10 minutes by car (8 km).

Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee.

Incredibly neglected structure. The garden looks more like a dump, the entrance gate is noisy day and night, there are no lights at the room entrance, only a couple of lamps. Every time you use the hairdryer, the power trips. To take a shower, you have to hope for two drops of hot water, cold water is abundant. The kitchen is present but unusable, it seems like a shelter for various animals. The bathroom door closes on the right and opens on the left, the windows cannot be kept closed and open on their own day and night. Mosquitoes, geckos, and spiders populate every corner of the house! The worst part is the management by Mrs. Elia. PS: Bring your own toilet paper, here it is considered a luxury extra. The ad description is completely false, some reviews seem to be written by mistake or fraudulently. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Vile, dirty, filthy structure, managed terribly! Low water pressure for several hours at a time; electricity that comes and goes; noisy doors at all hours of the day; windows without the possibility of closing, broken floors, shower box with leaning doors, folding bathroom door that opens to the left if closed to the right, the kitchen that after payment you know you can't use is practically a den worthy of every sewer animal. The worst is expressed by the garden used as an open-air dump, all presented to the rude host. Structure not recommended of course but to be reported to the competent authorities.

We stayed as a couple at Villetta delle Rose from August 6th to 15th and from the first impact we were dismayed: we couldn't understand if we were in the right place, as the structure appeared semi-abandoned with waste and scrub piled up in the parking lot (which doesn't seem private as other strangers were also parking there). We were kindly welcomed by a girl who said she was not the owner, who showed us our room and a stinky little room where there was a shared refrigerator and dirty dishes available. As for the room, it was quite clean but rather old: the wardrobe trembled with every step. Furthermore, throughout the stay we had only one roll of toilet paper and two drops of liquid soap available. On the website's description it states that bed linen and towels are changed for stays longer than 7 nights, but no one ever showed up or bothered to ask if everything was okay, let alone the cleaning. Regarding the air conditioner, we were told it would cost 3€ per day, but when we wanted to use it we couldn't find the remote control (which was in a small cabinet on the landing), probably taken by new guests who arrived in the last days (does this imply that it is to be shared with the other rooms?). The only three nights when there were other people, we couldn't sleep because they returned late at night going back and forth from one room to another and every noise was audible. In six consecutive years in Sardinia (three of which in San Teodoro) we have always felt at home, with owners of facilities always present and available for any need. For this reason, I think it is a lack of respect not only towards the customer, but also towards those who put their heart into making tourists' holidays as pleasant as possible. I find it hard to believe that the positive reviews are authentic and I would recommend replacing “well-kept garden” with “degraded garden” in the description. It goes without saying that I strongly advise against this structure - far from economical - for those who want to have a peaceful holiday.

The structure appears welcoming, albeit rather old - see for example the fixtures, which sometimes make it difficult to open the doors. Furthermore, in the double room where we stayed, the main light was not working. Cleanliness was lacking in the small kitchen and in the garden area dedicated to breakfast. The website states that bicycles are available, but the girl who welcomed us informed us that there are actually none, but they can be rented nearby. The location is excellent for reaching the city center.

The location is strategic, practically in the center but at the same time you can quickly reach the beach. The structure has a great potential but not exploited, basic accessories are missing, like towel hooks, light as soon as you enter the room, in the dark you have to use the mobile phone, the 'kitchen' area is full of odds and ends and dirty, practically unusable. Breakfast not served despite the high price paid.

I highly recommend staying at this property! Elia was extremely kind and very helpful, great location, just a stone's throw from the historic center and the most beautiful beaches! I will definitely come back on my next vacation to San Teodoro.

Ancient and well-maintained structure with a spacious and beautiful garden where you can have breakfast in privacy. The owner is kind and a true lady with whom it's a pleasure to converse. The property is close to the center and the best beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. Recommended. Personally, this is my B&B in San Teodoro.

The structure is very nice, ancient, and well maintained. Beautiful garden with decorated gazebos arranged in separate little corners that allow for intimate breakfasts. The owner is worth the experience, she is a "sanguine" woman absolutely worth knowing. The property is located at the exit from San Teodoro towards some of the most beautiful beaches but is also close to the center. Highly recommended.

La signora è gentilissima e dolcissima. Posizione ottima. Struttura purtroppo molto vecchia e ciò rende a volte non confortevole il soggiorno. Il bagno era provato ma non era in camera in quanto separato da un breve corridoio che dava sulle scale comuni. È stato comunque per noi un piacevole soggiorno.

Una bella villa nel verde vicino al centro, il punto di forza secondo la mia opinione è lo stile del B&B e delle stanza in genere. Io direi "vintage" anni 70.

Soggiornato e siamo stati benissimo, la proprietaria sempre disponibile e viaggiando con mio figlio ed un amico, avendo una camera libera ci ha sistemato in due camere. Gesto molto apprezzato. Casa curata e con arredo bellissimo, sembra di tornare agli anni 50/60. Romanticismo e giardino in fiore curato. Non ho nulla da eccepire. Se tornerò a San Teodoro, soggiornerò nuovamente lì.

Presso la casa della signora Teresa abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno. Le camere sono ben dimensionate e con bagno. Bello e curato il giardino nel quale, ogni mattina, gustavamo un'ottima e abbondante colazione. La signora è sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile. A chi è interessato non possiamo che consigliare questa struttura.

Una vacanza all'insegna del riposo, la villa è situata a 5 minuti dal centro, ma nell'assoluta tranquillità. La signora è gentile ed ospitale, al tempo stesso non invadente, sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Colazione servita nel gazebo in giardino, abbondante e buona. Ottima scelta, da ritornarci sicuramente.

La villa e il parco della signora Maria Teresa sono un sogno. Fare colazione nel gazebo con gli uccellini che cinguettano e la brezza mattutina ti fa iniziare la giornata in una maniera fiabesca. Per non parlare delle marmellate fatte da lei stessa, quella di arance e quella di fichi, le mie preferite, e naturalmente tutte le altre. E poi il miele sardo, e il dolcetto. Siamo appena tornati da una magnifica vacanza a San Teodoro, in moto. Abbiamo alloggiato in questo tipica struttura dove ci siamo trovati molto bene, grazie alla gentilezza della signora (che salutiamo) che ci ha accolto con grande allegria, umanità e nello stesso tempo professionalità facendoci sempre sentire a nostro agio. Una enorme colazione ci allietava il risveglio, prima di partire per le spettacolari spiagge adiacenti al paese. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi volesse fare un bagno nel mare più bello di tutta la Sardegna, pernottando in un luogo più confortevole del classico albergo.
