B & B The Path of the Goths was born to be an unforgettable experience for guests of the beautiful property recently renovated and opened July 1, 2015.
Breathtaking views on the boundary between two of the most beautiful Italian regions, Marche and Emilia Romagna and a State, the REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO, in recent years also become, UNESCO HERITAGE site.
The property takes its name from the famous TREASURE DOMAGNANO, place (in the Republic of San Marino) in which mid '800, was found, one of the most important archeological treasures among the finds of the Italian peninsula.
Also called TREASURE OF GOTI, dating back to the V-VI century AD, jewelry and accessories for dressing in gold and precious stones, finely worked. The treasure today, is preserved and visible both in the State Museum of the Republic of San Marino and at the British Museum in London.
The villa has a large agiamento in quiet location in the countryside, at an altitude of 650 m. above sea level. A large forest of pine, fir and cypress, which are part of the same property and therefore usable, it borders on the left and the building containing the rooms of the B&B is nestled in a LARGE GARDEN PARK 3000 square meters served by 2 VIALI and 2 COMFORTABLE CAR PARKING.
The structure is a two-storey house which houses the wonderful spaces at B & B:
- The ground floor is a BEDROOM with private bathroom, called EMERALD ROOM, upstairs there are two more rooms designed, THE RUBY DOUBLE and SINGLE AMBER having both independent bathroom. The latter are equipped, those of JACUZZI JACUZZI, who showers with TURKISH BATH and WHIRLPOOL. All rooms are also equipped with, among other things, of ULTRA-FLAT TV.
The villa as you have probably included, has high quality finishing: quartzite flooring downstairs and wooden floors upstairs.
The rich BUFFET BREAKFAST will be served in the two dining rooms, lounges and in them, you can also celebrate all your special moment. These large rooms are equipped with large panoramic porch, the ground floor and a large terrace with sea and park, the first floor. In both, there are 2 beautiful fireplaces, able to create the best atmosphere in the beautiful and unforgettable winter evenings.
The whole property is accessible from two comfortable avenues, is completely enclosed so perfect even though the host pet can run in full freedom and security for all the 3000 square meters of the park. The two entrances to the villa, consisting of automatic gates, have no time restrictions, either for input or for output.
Garden beds and umbrellas are available to guests because they can fully enjoy the area, in perfect relaxation.

From this position, the coast is perfectly visible, from Istria to the Marches Riviera and especially in cloudless days, you can see through the beautiful Croatia.

Beautiful place, starting from the breathtaking view of San Marino to the rooms that have all the necessary comforts. Not to mention the friendliness and availability of the owner who allowed us to park the camper inside; also great breakfast with background music. We will definitely come back, especially to try the pool and whirlpool currently under construction.

B&B pazzesco! Vista spettacolare, gestori simpatici e cordiali. Non mi sono mai sentito così apprezzato nonostante il mio ruolo da "cliente". Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Ottimo per famiglie con bimbi. La struttura è a dir poco "magica"; tranquilla, appartata e accogliente. Se fosse un'hotel gli darei 5 stelle e l'arredo è straordinario!

Ho passato 3 gg in questo B&B meraviglioso, la disponibilità dei proprietari è stata fantastica, per me che ho avuto per anni casa proprio lì da quelle parti è stato un po' come tornare a casa, la vista è meravigliosa, la colazione eccezionale lo consiglio sia per la qualità del B&B che per la bellezza dei posti, grazie a Riccardo e Carla.

Ho conosciuto la struttura tramite un'offerta 2x1 da sfruttare dal 3 al 5 marzo. A causa del lavoro abbiamo dovuto chiedere la disdetta ma Riccardo è stato così cortese da mantenerci l'offerta (naturalmente mi ero proposta di pagare entrambe le notti) fino al giorno in cui finalmente ho comunicato la data del soggiorno, oltre due mesi dopo.
Oltre a questo, ci siamo sentiti a casa.
Posizione e vista stupende, per noi amanti dei luoghi non affollati. Vista sul Monte Titano e ampio giardino in cui il mio cane Cookie, ben accolto anche lui, avrebbe potuto correre quanto avesse voluto se solo non fosse così testone.
Concludo ringraziando Riccardo per la disponibilità e per la gentilezza durante tutto il weekend.

Splendida struttura ubicata in posizione straordinaria, camera con vista panoramica mozzafiato direttamente su San Marino e Monte Titano. vicina alle località turistiche principali.
Locali molto puliti e curati.
I proprietari Riccardo e Carla molto ospitali, gentili e disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta. La colazione abbondante e composta da prodotti freschi e di qualità.

Tutto quello che ti aspetteresti di trovare in un ambito di alto livello, servizi, pulizia, cura nei dettagli e cordialità, Carla e Riccardo li hanno racchiusi come la perla in una conchiglia nel loro B&B.
Siamo arrivati in Emilia Romagna da Pordenone con la nostra vespa px 125, qui abbiamo trovato il giusto posto che unisce la pace dei colli, la genuinità della campagna romagnola e la vicinanza sia a San Marino che al mare di Riccione e Rimini.
Sarà sicuramente un posto che consiglieremo e in cui ritorneremo.

Soggiorno purtroppo di lavoro ma comunque fantastico, proprietari affabili e gentilissimi, posto stupendo, colazione abbondante, da ritornare per vacanza.
