Description

The B&B La Magnolia is located on a hill in a quiet area, 1 km away from the famous medieval village of Gradara, 5 km from the beaches of the Adriatic coast, 6 km from Tavullia (Valentino Rossi's hometown) and 10 km from the Misano World Circuit.

It offers 3 double rooms, all with private bathrooms and equipped with TV and air conditioning.

Our guests can have breakfast in the shared kitchen or outside under the porch. All rooms enjoy a wonderful view of the Castle of Paolo and Francesca.

It is possible to park the car in our private courtyard and use public transport such as buses or a small train to reach the nearby Gabicce Mare and Cattolica.

Those who do not like the sea can visit the renowned historical villages of the hinterland such as Gradara, Urbino, San Leo, San Marino, or indulge in food and wine tours.

Friendliness, competence, passion, quality that are all visible and make you feel good. Extremely clean room and bathroom, attention to details, super breakfast. We stayed from April 24th to 26th, 2024, we were welcomed with kindness, they made sure to heat the room, which was appreciated given the temperatures, they gave us indications on places to visit, routes, restaurants, and the excellent and abundant breakfast was a nice moment of conviviality with the owners and other guests. Structure and rooms very well cared for, very clean and with all the comforts. One kilometer from the Gradara castle and close to the sea of Gabicce (3 km). The exquisite owners made us feel at home, generous with suggestions and advice for everything. Highly recommended. Very good value for money.

Renovated apartment in the premises and well cared for in every detail, clean and welcoming with a view of the Gradara castle. Spacious room and bathroom. Guerrino and his wife welcomed us and pampered us during our stay, taking care of making us feel good, they advised us on places to visit and on the places to eat. In the morning they made us a rich breakfast with homemade jams and cakes.

I stayed only 2 nights... too bad... it's really nice, it feels like being at home. Large and very clean rooms as well as the entire structure, breakfast made by the exceptional hostess. The location from which you dominate the plain and you can see the Gradara castle very well, especially at night when it is illuminated, is a fantastic sight. I will definitely come back.

Despite our very short stay in this establishment, we were able to appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the managers who anticipated our every need, making the stay truly enjoyable. A special appreciation for the cleanliness and attention to detail, from the impeccable linens in the rooms to the presence of seasonal fruit in the rich breakfast buffet. Finally, the establishment passed with flying colors the relentless "exam" of our daughters, a truly remarkable result!

The hosts proved to be really kind and helpful. They provided us with advice on places to visit in the surroundings. Essential but very clean and detailed structure. Highlight: the veranda where breakfast is served. The structure has a great location: very close to the Gradara Castle, it is also not far from the sea and other points of interest in the area.

Cleanliness and kindness are the two main pillars of this B&B located less than 5 minutes from the beautiful Gradara center. The rooms are simple with new fixtures, flooring, and most of the bathroom, and greenery surrounds the structure. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, including several homemade cakes. The hosts are two exquisite people who knew exactly what to do and where to eat during our stay. The price turned out to be absolutely in line with the characteristics of the structure, our expectations, and our needs. I recommend it to those who, family or couple, want a base to rely on to visit the area, which is also very nice.

I had a great time, the managers were really helpful and very kind. The B&B La Magnolia is located near the beautiful village of Gradara, away from the chaos of the coast but with the sea reachable in a few minutes. I was there for an equestrian competition at the Horses Riviera Resort in San Giovanni in Marignano, which can be reached in a few minutes from there. Truly convenient from all points of view. The rooms are cozy, very clean, and fresh. Breakfast includes two delicious homemade cakes and much more. I will definitely go back!

We stayed for 3 nights, 2 families with children around New Year's Eve. We had a great time. The structure is new, welcoming, and clean. Spacious rooms equipped with TV and bunk bed with a comfortable bathroom inside. Despite the intense cold, it was well heated day and night. Large breakfast and living room area, with kitchen, fridge, TV, sofa. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast, fabulous homemade jams and cakes. Excellent price/quality ratio. The B&B La Magnolia is not too far from Gradara, with its magnificent Castle. Guerrino and Rosy, two exceptional people who know how to make you feel comfortable with advice on visits in the surroundings and good restaurants. Great property about 2 km from Gradara. The place is stunning and quiet, the managers are a fantastic couple of retirees very helpful with whom we exchanged 4 pleasant chats. They let me park the motorcycle in their garage giving me the remote control. The structure has an outdoor parking. The room cleanliness is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, and WiFi is available. In the morning, breakfast is served with homemade cakes. We had a great time, I highly recommend it even to families!

La struttura appare nuova e pulita, si gode di una vista stupenda su Gradara, essendo posizionato proprio di fronte al colle su cui sorge il borgo, che è facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti in auto. Il signor Guerrino è davvero disponibile e affabile. La colazione ricca e gustosa.

A pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Gradara, ottima struttura, pulitissima. Guerrino e moglie gentilissimi, ci hanno informato su tutte le possibilità di visita del centro storico e dei ristoranti convenzionati. Ambiente tranquillo. Colazione super: abbondante, dolce e salata, ottimi i dolci fatti in casa. Dovessimo decidere per un soggiorno in zona: una garanzia.

Siamo stati un giorno in questa struttura, il signor Guerrino ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità, ambienti familiari oltre che nuovi e puliti. Ottima colazione fatta in casa, e buona posizione per raggiungere il castello e i paesi limitrofi. Consigliatissimo.

Soggiorno in famiglia con due bimbi piccoli. Una sola notte, tappa di rientro a Verona dalla Puglia. Disponibilità e tante informazioni utili per visitare Gradara e il mare di Cattolica. Camera grande, pulita. Colazione ricca e varia (anche con prodotti fatti in casa e frutta fresca) servita in terrazzo. La posizione sulla collina sottostante Gradara è ottima, con vista sulla rocca e sul mare. I due gestori, due nonni, amorevoli con i bimbi e appassionati nella gestione della loro attività. Tutto perfetto. Grazie.

Abbiamo appena soggiornato una notte al B&B La Magnolia e devo dire che il posto è stupendo, le camere bellissime, comode, super pulite e molto confortevoli. Non manca nulla di tutto quello che uno può desiderare di avere in camera. I gestori, il signor Guerrini e sua moglie, sono due bravissime e bellissime persone, sempre molto cordiali e gentili, attenti a tutte le richieste delle persone che soggiornano e soprattutto molto professionali. E per questa professionalità che li distinguono abbiamo prenotato per tempo 2 giorni pure a luglio visto che è difficile trovare posti liberi essendo molto richiesto come struttura. Mando un abbraccio al signor Guerrini e a sua moglie, e arrivederci a luglio.

Struttura super organizzata immersa nel verde, natura stupenda, camere pulitissime, il Signor Guerrino e la moglie sono stupendi. 10 e lode non basta, la magia di Gradara che si respira ti fa vivere un sogno bellissimo, peccato stare pochi giorni ma ci ritorneremo. Ringrazio ancora i signori per l'accoglienza unica, la signora una cuoca super per i dolci e gentilissima, sembra di stare in famiglia. La super consiglio come struttura, rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Siamo un'associazione artistico letteraria Engel von Bergeiche e ci siamo trovati super bene.

Che dire! Abbiamo trascorso cinque giorni, siamo stati accolti magnificamente dai proprietari in una struttura molto ben curata e pulitissima eccellente la colazione e le torte fatte dalla signora, la posizione tranquilla permette di raggiungere mare ed entroterra velocemente cordiali e simpatici Guerrino e la sua signora, insomma io ci ritornerei senza ombra di dubbio e mi sento di consigliarvelo tranquillamente.

Cordiali, gentili, ospitali, stanze curate nei minimi particolari che si presentano da subito accoglienti e molto pulite, dando un senso casalingo. Ottima e abbondante la colazione con i dolci fatti in casa di Rosy, non abbiamo mai visto i nostri bimbi mangiare così tanto il mattino. Piacevoli chiacchierate serali e mattutine con Guerrino e Rosy. Peccato il nostro soggiorno sia stato breve. Torneremo sicuramente anche perché comodo alle spiagge e al Castello di Gradara (Molto suggestivo). Grazie di tutto.

Siamo stati ospiti per una notte in questo che è il vero B&B visto che rispecchia l'idea iniziale di alloggiare insieme ai proprietari. Hanno creato delle idee originali per assicurare la privacy e siamo stati accolti benissimo. Proprietari gentili ci hanno anche dato delle ottime dritte per la serata! Unico neo: in camera faceva un po' caldo la notte ma sono stati giorni infuocati. Torneremo sicuramente perché la zona merita. Grazie.

È come essere a casa con i propri famigliari. Gentilezza e ambiente completano il tutto. Struttura che si trova a 5 minuti dal castello, nuova sia dentro che fuori e ben curata. Ho soggiornato con mio marito e i miei bambini di 5 e 7 anni per una sola notte, come tappa intermedia al rientro dalle vacanze. La struttura è molto carina, pulita e accogliente. I proprietari sono simpatici e gentilissimi. La colazione abbondante e con torte squisite fatte in casa. La posizione è ideale per visitare Gradara a 1 km di distanza ed è a pochi km dall'uscita dell'autostrada. Ottimo quindi il tutto, lo consiglio vivamente.

Ottima disponibilità ed accoglienza, sia per le nostre esigenze di soggiorno che per orientarci nella visita del territorio circostante. Ambienti pulitissimi, spazi esterni ordinati e di piacevole fruizione con panorama sull'entroterra al confine tra Romagna e marche. Con Guerrino e moglie, i gestori, abbiamo anche condiviso una piacevole chiacchierata serale, in clima famigliare, occasione per condividere le piccole storie, vicende, chiacchiere di un territorio che ne fanno la storia locale.

Posto pulitissimo e molto vicino a Gradara e al mare (noi siamo andati a piedi) i gestori davvero gentili cordiali e disponibili ad ogni esigenza, noi per esempio avevamo orari proibitivi ma si sono svegliati presto con noi e ci hanno preparato una super colazione. Ritorneremo appena possibile in questo posto davvero straordinario!

Ottimo compromesso per chi non vuole alloggiare direttamente al mare. Zona collinare a 5 minuti dal mare al dal castello di Gradara che è molto suggestivo. Alloggi molto puliti e i gestori gentilissimi e disponibili a tutte le richieste. Abbiamo soggiornato anche con il nostro piccolo cagnolino che è stato ben accetto. Grazie torneremo.

Accoglienza stupenda dei titolari, struttura nuovissima e molto accogliente e pulita. La posizione è strategica tra il mare e il castello di Gradara, è perfetto per chi vuole stare in pace ma non è nemmeno troppo distante dal vicino centro di Gabicce mare. Punto di partenza per interessantissime visite nella vicina Umbria e Marche oppure come punto di relax dopo una giornata al mare. La colazione è molto buona e abbondante e l'ospitalità dei proprietari è veramente speciale. Consigliatissimo. Appena ne avremo la possibilità ci torneremo sicuramente.

Situato a 1 Km da Gradara su una piccola collinetta che si affaccia sul castello dell'omonimo borgo da un lato e dall'altro sulla costiera adriatica. Ottimo panorama. Dista 5 minuti da Gabicce mare e Cattolica. Le caratteristiche di questo B&B sono la posizione ma soprattutto la gentilezza dei proprietari e la loro disponibilità nel venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza dei clienti. Pulizia ottima e stanze appena ristrutturate e moderne. Disponibilità della connessione WI-FI gratuita. Colazione abbondante. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Possiamo dire di essere stati fortunati, ci riteniamo soddisfatti perché abbiamo trovato una struttura nuova di zecca, accogliente con dei gestori molti disponibili e cordiali. Inoltre si trova ad appena 5/7 m dal Castello di Gradara, nostra meta turistica, consigliamo a tutti di venire al B&B la Magnolia!
