Always within walking distance there are many shopping opportunities: the "fashion quadrilateral" with the elegant via Montenapoleone, the luxury megastore La Rinascente, the many shops in via Torino. And at night, after a pleasant walk through Old Milan, immerse yourself in the lively Porta Romana districts, the Columns of San Lorenzo and the Navigli. Well served by public transport (metro M3 at 200m).

The apartment
50 sqm one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor; double exposure, overlooking one of the courtyards of the building and a private alley. Quiet, the apartment is fully furnished and equipped.

Bedroom with double bed, single sofa bed, large wardrobe, desk.

Living room with flat screen TV, single sofa bed, dining area and equipped kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher and microwave).

Bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer.

Central heating and individually controlled air conditioning, WIFI internet connection, mosquito nets.

Guests have access to a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, kitchen and cleaning utensils.

Accommodation
2 guests = king bed; in case of separate beds (king bed + sofa bed) supplement € 30 per stay
3 guests = king bed + sofa bed; in case of separate beds supplement € 30 per stay
Separate beds as well as accommodation in two rooms (bedroom + living room) should be requested upon booking.

Children accommodation under 3 years = double bed with parents (baby cot and high chairs not available); over 3 years = single sofa bed

• If you arrive by car, please note that the whole city of Milan is a traffic limited zone. Detailed information on how to reach the apartment, on the restricted traffic area and on parking will be provided with the confirmation message.

• Parking at 200m; special fee for our guests from € 26 per day
• There is no reception service. The arrival time must be communicated at least one day before check-in; arrivals after 8pm must be communicated at the time of booking.
