Description
Our bed and breakfast is located in the center of San Donato Milanese, on the third floor. It offers two spacious and bright rooms with private bathrooms, equipped with all comforts and free WIFI. There is also a large common area with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and everything necessary for breakfast and quick meals. Additionally, its strategic location makes it convenient and close to the MM3 (metro), Policlinico San Donato Milanese hospital, BMW Italia, various Eni buildings, A1 Civesio Sesto Ulteriano highway, A51 Paullese highway, A51 San Donato highway, and A1 highway.

You may cancel your booking up to 1 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

I gave 10 for everything because we had a great time. It's a shame that we can't rate empathy and availability because in this case I would have given a score greater than 10 if it had been included.

The lady who manages Casa Elena was very helpful and kind. Simple but very clean apartment. The room was quiet, clean, and the bed comfortable.

Convenient area to the southeast of Milan with many services and companies, practically in front of the upcoming University campus. In the area, there are some interesting places for lunch and dinner and plenty of greenery for those who have time for a walk. Nearby bus with good daytime service but limited in the evening to reach the M3 line about 2km away. Decent building, basic and outdated furnishings, TV with a decoder that appears squashed because it is not suitable, spacious bathroom but separate from the bedroom. Kitchen, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine available in a common area. Cold breakfast typical of a city b&b with industrial products, water, and juice. For this type of accommodation, at the same price or slightly more, it's better to choose a good hotel.

Excellent solution to visit Milan with a pleasant 15-minute walk in the green to the yellow metro terminus (Duomo). San Donato Milanese: quiet residential area. Clean, cool apartment (air conditioning not necessary), quiet, very comfortable beds, rich breakfast with fruit juices and water in the fridge. We were splendidly hosted 2 nights with 2 children from June 29th to July 1st. Enthusiastic about the quality - price ratio and the city! We will definitely come back! Thank you very much!

We stayed only one night but we had a great time. Mrs. Silvana was very helpful for anything. The place is convenient to reach the center of Milan being quite close to the subway.

B&B completo e ben gestito da personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima anche la sua posizione logistica, che lo pone vicino a uffici, locali, alimentari, farmacia, nonché la stazione della metropolitana di San Donato (circa 10 min di cammino), ideale per un giro nel centro di Milano. Mi sono trovato benissimo e lo consiglio vivamente.

Tutto pulito, profumato e ordinato. Ottima accoglienza, la signora Silvana splendida persona, amorevole, premurosa, affettuosa. Ci sente come a casa propria! Cambio frequente di lenzuola, asciugamano, colazione abbondante, ottimo angolo cottura, fornito di tutto: pentole, tazze, posate, canovacci, forno microonde, frigo, etc. Struttura vicino alla metro, alla farmacia, alla Coop, a tanti negozi e servizi. Ogni qualvolta sarò da quelle parti saprò di sicuro dove poter alloggiare in questo B&B.

La struttura é posizionata in una zona tranquilla, la stanza accogliente, il letto comodo, la biancheria pulita e profumata. Dopo una giornata ricca di impegni é stato molto piacevole e rilassante tornare nella camera per pernottare. La signora Silvana é stata estremamente gentile ed accomodante anche a seguito di un piccolo disguido procurato da parte mia ed in seguito risolto. Consiglio a chiunque sia di passaggio a San Donato Milanese di soggiornate al B&B ELENA.

Sono stata ospite della struttura insieme ad una collega e ci siamo trovate molto bene: la casa è collocata in una zona molto silenziosa e piena di verde, dotata di tutto ciò che può permettere un buon soggiorno. La possibilità di utilizzare la cucina per preparare dei pasti è stata molto apprezzata. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e si nota il passaggio della signora tutte le mattine. Dopo soli tre giorni è stato fatto il cambio della biancheria, ed abbiamo avuto immediata disponibilità per qualsiasi richiesta. Da consigliare.

I proprietari sono disponibilissimi e gentilissimi, si sono messi davvero a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. L'appartamento e la camera erano pulitissimi, ordinati e c'era ogni cosa necessaria.

Rapidità nella risposta, gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, oltre alla comodità della struttura sono i punti forti di questo B&B. Letto comodo, tv, stanza grande e armadio capiente altri punti positivi. Il bagno con tutto l'occorrente (asciugacapelli etc.) Se ne avessi bisogno ci tornerei.
